We didn't stay at this hotel but had a wonderful meal. We had one of their beef dishes and delicious fondue. Three types of fondue can be tried in the same pot with homemade bread. It was definitely the best fondue I have ever had and is definitely Swiss. Very nice service and wine.

The hotel is conveniently located, just a 5minute walk from the main train station, making it easy to travel around. However, due to the lack of etaxi services, it falls short in catering to guests with large luggage. Breakfast is satisfactory, but there are limited food options. On the positive side, the cleanliness of the hotel is commendable, and the provision of a free spa adds luxury to the stay, which guests appreciate. The bed was comfortable, and the sheets were clean, ensuring a comfortable nights sleep. To enhance the experience, the hotel should consider providing larger bottles of shower gel and other toiletries. Overall, although there are areas for improvement, the hotel offers a comfortable stay with convenient amenities.

Would definitely go back. Beautiful, spotless hotel in a prime area. We dined there for two out of three nights because the restaurant was so good. The breakfast spread was large and delectable. The staff was excellent.

Staf dan pemilik Ranko sangat ramah dan penuh perhatian. Kamar luas dan sangat bersih. Restorannya didekorasi dengan sangat baik, "stube" asli, makanan di restorannya sangat enak dan harganya sangat adil! Pastikan untuk memesan di malam hari. Dapur buka sampai jam 11 malam. Ruang ski dilengkapi dengan baik, setiap kamar memiliki lemari ski sendiri di ruang ski tempat sepatu ski akan dipanaskan. Sarapannya enak. Lokasinya tak terkalahkan, 5 menit dari stasiun kereta, 4 menit dari Gornergrat Bahn dan 10 menit dari Sunnegga. Kami pasti akan kembali!

It is located in the heart of the city and only a few minutes from the train station. It is an old house with a history of more than 100 years, but it has all the facilities. It is very convenient for eating out and wandering around. Unfortunately, it rained at night and i couldnt see the stars.

Kami makan seporsi Valais. Itu agak mahal untuk harganya. Tapi tidak ada apa-apa dibandingkan dengan monyet dan staf yang tidak ramah. Jadi lebih baik pergi ke tetangga di Walliserkanne.

I only stayed one night and forgot my swimsuit in the bathroom when i checked out in the morning. I realized a few days after when i returned home that i had contacted the hotel via email twice. No response at all. So i decided to call them. Guess what? They didnt find my swimsuit. I remember leaving it in the bathroom, but apparently it vanished into thin air. Overall, the hotel is fine, but the whole swimsuit saga left a bad taste in my mouth. Heres hoping they step up their game when it comes to handling lost items in the future. The place itself is nice, no doubt about that. It has a cozy vibe and everything, plus the receptionist, maha, was very nice and helpful. Congratulations to her!.

The hotel is stunning and located in the heart of zermatt. Everything about it, from the lobby to the rooms to the staff, is excellent and amazing. I will definitely stay here again.

I would recommend it without hesitation. A wellkept, historic hotel in a prime area. The beds were cozy, but the room was too warm at night, forcing me to leave the window open.

The room was very nice and spacious. We arrived more than an hour before checkin time. They had the room ready and checked us in without any questions. We had to check out early in the morning for the glacier express. The hotel staff offered to pack lunch for us instead of breakfast. He packed the lunch and left it in our room when we were out shopping the previous evening. Great service.

Review of the restaurant we stumbled upon this lovely hotel restaurant on a snowy day in zermatt and whoa we felt lucky. The food was excellent, especially the risotto and swiss mac and cheese. The atmosphere and staff were warm and welcoming.
