Saya khawatir karena lokasi akomodasi sangat terpencil, tetapi kamar di hotel Lucerne lebih besar dan lebih bersih daripada pusat kota Lucerne dan sarapannya sangat enak di hotel Lucerne. The room is very nice, but no ac. It was hot. They say its usually not a problem, but it was unseasonably warm. The staff is great and the hotel is very clean. Some nice places to gather and visit.

Saya sangat merekomendasikan tempat ini, saya tidak sabar untuk kembali ke Swiss, negara yang indah. Saya mengunjungi Perancis dan Inggris tetapi tidak ada yang seperti Swiss. Luar biasa, lokasi bagus, dekat dengan stasiun kereta api, tempat yang tenang untuk tidur dalam keheningan. Roberta (pengurus rumah tangga) adalah orang yang hebat, dia memberi kami saran tur, mengklarifikasi keraguan, sangat membantu dan sopan. Kamar untuk 4 orang besar, meja bagus yang biasa kami gunakan untuk minum kopi (kami tidak menyewa kedai kopi hotel karena menurut kami mahal), minibar berfungsi dengan sangat baik, tempat tidurnya bagus, kipas anginnya sangat bagus, kamar mandi besar, wastafel kamar mandi Sangat besar, saya sangat menyukainya. Resepsionis adalah orang yang sangat baik, mereka berkomunikasi dengan saya dalam bahasa Inggris dan semuanya berjalan dengan baik. Saya sangat merekomendasikannya, saya tidak sabar untuk kembali ke Swiss, negara yang indah.

Hotel yang bagus dengan pemandangan Gunung Pilatus yang indah. Stafnya, terutama yang berjanggut, sangat membantu. Dekat dengan stasiun dan halte bus yang terhubung dengan pusat kota Lucerne dalam 15 menit, serta supermarket, makanan cepat saji, dan pompa bensin.

Kebersihan hotel ini perlu di tingkatkan lagi. Ada rambut hitam panjang di kamar mandi, kertas bulat menempel di gelas minum, bahkan ada benda hitam sepanjang 8 mm yang menempel di sana. Sangat menjijikkan. Debu. Sarapan enak dan bersih.

If youre on a tight budget or if youre in lucerne, you can take the cable car to mount pilatus, which starts from kriens, where the hotel is situated. It takes 10 minutes to walk from the kriens train station, which is two stops from lucerne train station. The rooms are average but clean.

The hotel is a short walk and train ride from central lucerne. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is no air conditioning in the room and a fan is provided. The weather is cool when we are there so its not a problem. Mountain view from the room. Would stay again!.

Overall, i wouldnt return here in the future, but if you have a stopover, its a decent place to sleep. A medieval hotel in the town of kriens, just outside of luzern. The rooms are spacious, but a touch antiquated. The bed was fine. However, i really missed a power outlet close by. And there was only one outlet in the entire room. There is no air conditioning available, instead, you can use the available fan in the room. At 23 degrees outside, the room was already quite warm. The bathroom was adequate, although a little antiquated, it was clean. Breakfast was alright, but i had previously had much better ones at ibis hotels. Its on the sunny side of the building, so the breakfast area will warm up a little. If youre passing and need a place to say, the location is very convenient. Its not that convenient for a city trip. However, you will receive a free public transportation ticket for the luzern area, and the center is a further 5 minutes walk away. There isnt much to do in the area. The staff was friendly if you asked them anything, but dont expect friendly greetings or hello if you walk in or pass any of the employees. Also, the entire lobby, bar, and sitting area feel very uninviting and definately uncomfortable.

I was on a family trip to switzerland in september 2018. We arrived at hotel ibis lucerne kriens in the afternoon from interlaken, exhausted and hungry. I asked the receptionist if they had any food. He said we had pizza. Yep, we all had some delicious pizza for lunch or so we thought. After 10 minutes we were served frozen pizza heated in a microwave owen. I felt like hitting the staff. I wont be going back there again.

If you want to stay outside of luzern city, this is a great place to stay. The positive things are the spacious rooms and the good sleep. The location is close to the luzern matenhof train station. You can take the connecting train to luzern city center every 10 minutes, and it only takes 4 minutes. The breakfast was good. Note that its outside of luzern, so be careful. If you experience the city more, it might be wise to book something within city, but it will definitely be more expensive.
