Tidak ada lift, kamar mandi barengan, tidak tersedia Aircond, ada dapur barsama. Bisa memasak dan menyimpan bahan makanan masing². Karena tidak ada aircond sehingga saat musim panas, akan terasa sedikit panas tetapi makin malam udah mulai dingin. Ketika jendela di buka serangga yang masuk. Reseptionis orang philiphina dan ramah.
