It's so quiet and peaceful. It's located in the old town. The room was so comfortable and well-maintained. The breakfast is so delicious. I was able to enjoy some good local beers at night even though I didn't have dinner.

When we had to make last-minute travel changes, I made the decision to go to Bristol based on the positive tripadvisor ratings I viewed. We are extremely grateful for choosing the bristol. The bristol is the best in terms of hospitality, location, breakfast, and charm. My son was killed on a motorcycle accident and was at the University Hospital of being he is now ok. We were greeted with such gracious hospitality and found comfort in our contemporary, eccentric, charming rooms. We were able to navigate our sons hospital stay with such warmth and warmth by the staff, especially christine and janine. The staff went above and beyond with warm warmth to assist us when we needed assistance with hospital forms or bus routes. We were able to begin the day with an English breakfast that included baked goods, fruit, and coffee. A fantastic spread that was very good. We enjoyed the bristol central location when we werent in the hospital with our son because we could walk to many of the wonderful sites in the city like the old town, the museum of fine arts, and the botanical gardens to distract and soak up this beautiful city. We enjoyed our stay at the bristol under extremely unpleasant and challenging circumstances and appreciated the outstanding service.

The only drawback was that the bar was closed on Sunday and that the housekeeping did not repair the coffee station. And then, the location was strategic, close to the train station and on the edge of the old town. After that, the room was very big and the staff was very helpful.

Fantastic location 5 minutes from the main train station, close to the parliament building and the old town Definitely worth the walk because it is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Been is extremely beautiful, and I found an hour to walk around, and it was well worth it. Excellent shower in the spacious, cozy room, one of the best I've ever had. Clean, comfortable bed. Respect of privacy and quiet in the room. staff multilingual, friendly, and prompt. I liked the honesty bar, especially for late arrivals. Alexander, the nightclub guy, was excellent. Breakfast was adequate rather than exotic. One minor suggestion is that the hotel light the room because I crash my shins in the dark room every night! Its highly suggested, but I would not stay anywhere else when I return.

The location of the hotel is close to the tram, buses, trams, and old town. The room on the upper floor was a good size. The bed was comfortable and the shower was clean. The tea in the room was terrible. The breakfast was delicious.
