I heartily endorse this location. Extremely tidy! Nicely updated and pleasant interior. The location was a major plus, and the room was quite large! The city center of interlaken, where there were excellent restaurants, is only ten minutes away. Jan is also incredibly kind and offers excellent advice!.

We would absolutely stay there again because it is such a wonderful location to stay. A cute little place in san francisco! The interlaken west train and bus station are about ten minutes away from the hotel. The accommodation was wellmaintained and spotless. They have an app that opens the doors and your room. Be careful, we couldnt check in online because we were unable to pay. Due to regulations regarding online purchases, both of our credit cards, including those from apple and wells fargo, were not permitted to complete the transactions. We called jan and went over to their bar, spatz to make the payment there because they were concerned that we wouldnt be able to checkin. Spatez is also fantastic! Our only issue with the room was the shower. When you touched it, the apparatus became extremely hot and would blister you. Water spilled out onto the floor, and it was very hot.

We had a great time during our stay here. Its spotless and cozy. The owner was incredibly kind and accommodating, and i loved how it was furnished. Situated in tastier little neighborhood and close to everything. Excellent coffee is available directly across the street.

The hotel owner and his wife are the most welcoming housekeepers. They are flexible, helpful, and ready to fulfill any wishes you may have, if only possible. The rooms are cozy, clean, with a decent scent. Ideal for romantic weekends! There is also tastier kitchen where you can cook your own meals or eat comfortably takeaway food youve brought. So its the perfect hotel for travel during the covid era. This hotel definitely receives 4.5 stars! We are looking forward to our next stay asap! Sari and Mario from east schweiz.

I will definitely stay here, i would recommend it x 10000. I have never written a review in my entire life, but ive felt it was absolutely necessary for this place! Our stay was wonderful and the place was clean, cute and great. Most importantly though, Jan was very helpful and went above and beyond. When he left my kindle at the location, jalan was so helpful in helping me retrieve it!.

We had a great time here. Jan was also very kind and helpful when we met him at his coffee shop down the street. The location is excellent, just stepping distance from interlaken west train station. Beautiful mountain views are available. Its nice to be able to have your laundry done the same day, you just have to pay for the service. Would return.

This place is a great choice for backpackers on fewer budgets. They have different types of rooms. I stayed in i shared bunk bed. It has 6 beds in small room with small shower. Overall good. There are many nationality friends. My room had the best view.

This hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of all the major attractions in interlaken without being in the middle of the action. The selfservice checkin can have its hiccups, but they werent terrible, and the technology is clever. Id say it is a great place for if you are bringing b&bs to your family, however, i would be limited in one room for families of four. Clean and wellappointed rooms are provided. Its crafted in reminiscent of reeking of boutique hotels. We cant speak to any personal experiences there, although there is an eatery downstairs. If you have rented out, parking can be advisable. There are some spaces on the property, while there are others nearby. Even with selfcheckin, there will be someone available to answer phone questions.

Selfcheckin here is really working. Its quick and easy to do once you arrive at the place. There is no lift here, so be careful if you come with heavy luggage. However, the room is quite small for two people. But this place is close to the station and you can easily travel anywhere nearby.

This hotel and hostel in south switzerland is quite affordable, and the rooms are very good. Very nice and tidy. The only bathroom is very small. It has just been renovated. Staff are friendly and helpful. There is no lift, but they help us. Small common kitchen and free coffee machine. Close to the west train station. On weekends, bar noise can disturb your sleep.

We stayed here with friends after dinner to have a few drinks. They serve standard Swiss drinks, and the service was excellent. The location is cozy and invites you to stay for ages. It has been beautifully furnished with wooden chairs and tables.

We had a great time staying here. This hotel was ideal for our family of four. It was difficult to find lodging because it was saturday, but the apartment was available and everything was excellent. Checkin was fine, not that simple, however, i was capable of using their wifi. The only drawback was that the apt was on the other side of the building and ive no idea where it is. Excellent location, close to both train stations and everywhere! Quiet area was pleasant. Everything we needed was in the flat, which was very cute and roomy, ideal with families with two children. Also, having receptacles in each bedroom was extremely helpful! Clean and welldecorated. When there were people upstairs, the floor creaks frequently, and it can be noisy, although it didnt disturb us much. Jan was really kind enough to assist me with my numerous questions for the trip, even though he was willing to answer them. Although it wasnt open for renovations, when ill walk by the cafe, hello, it had been closed. Overall, we enjoyed our stay for money. No one was present because we dont require much assistance. She only offered us fresh towels, so we only asked for them! Thank you for making our visit wonderful.

A fantastic location to stay. Interlaken west is only a 6minute walk away via sycamore stream. Selfcheckin and checkout was simple, especially since you can connect to their wifi before entering and all you have to do is follow their process. The kitchen was spacious and wellequipped. There are many restaurants and bakeries in the area.

I would definitely stay again. The room was very small, it couldnt fit more than one person in the bathroom at once and you would struggle if you had a lot of luggage (we had backpacks). Clean and modern decorated double room with private en suite, comfortable bed and friendly service. Checkin after hours was easy and good location near many restaurants and train stations.

We had a wonderful time! It was welldecorated, cozy, spotless, and cozy. I adore that it was reasonably priced. The proprietor was responsive. My only suggestion is that there would be if there was fewer lights in the room and perhaps sconcerted mirrors because we were here during incredibly hot weeks. Thank you for ensuring i had an excellent stay in interlaken!.

The only drawback is the lack of cleanliness in the dormitory and bathroom. Despite this minor inconvenience, this hostel has consistently been the best ive ever stayed in. The staff initially provided us with excellent service and were very friendly and eager to assist us. Second, the shared kitchen is wellequipped. You can enjoy free coffee by using the coffee maker. Third, its location is ideal. Additionally, you can save significantly more money by purchasing a supermarket called denner, which is less expensive than coopop. In conclusion, i wholeheartedly endorse you!.
