My companion and i only spent one night here on may 25, 2022. We wish we could have stayed longer, but we had to move to another nation. Anyway, im impressed with this clean, spacious hotel that was also interesting to walk around in (example: guitar collection display). When ive arrived, my room wasnt ready, so if he wants to drink in the lounge, ill give him a free drink. I loved the free city public transit pass, wish l could use it more. The room was modern, with lighting control technology. Great location, within walking distance of central genevese city and lake.

The hotel is beautiful, with a pleasant welcome and reception upon entry. The bar area and furniture are strange, and the staff is friendly. Very nice, wellequipped, clean, comfortable rooms. Beautiful bathroom with great shower. Parking is expensive, but it is in Geneva and everything is pricey. 45 chf per day. Only s short walk to the lakefront.

We would definitely recommend this hotel for a short stay in geneva. Great service and very good value for money for the city center of genevese. One note about the hotels location, though. It is not the most luxurious part of the place, but it is located in the heart of town. At night we would recommend walking by the lake and avoid the back streets. I had a good time here. Its primarily suited to business travelers who want to stay in hospitable and useful accommodations. The hotel is conveniently situated near the lake, making it easy to stroll there. There was amiable staff serving breakfast with varying options, and i didnt use the gym facilities.

The hotel is conveniently located, right next to the un and a block from the water. Shopping and restaurants could all be reached on foot from this hotel. The room was ideal, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the chromotherapy lighting in the room added to its appeal. It was incredibly thoughtful. At the front desk, there was excellent service. Every member of the staff was courteous and accommodating. Our keys had faulty doors, so they quickly changed them. I plan to stay here again on my next visit to geneva.

The gym is very small, with 3 people it is crowded. They dont accept coins when they try to pay extra for the mini bar. Good location.

We stayed for three nights and had a great time. Very clean, the staff was all accommodating, near the train station and the lake. The room was so nice, clean and modern. Our bedroom has teeming with vistas of lake genevese.

The location is good, 3 minutes walk from geneve lake. The checkin process was quick, the rooms were comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was delicious. Reasonable price for a cheap genev. Special thanks to the very helpful and professional reception desk staff. Next time, ill be back with my family.

The room service was excellent, both for the food and for extra pillows. The hotel had a lovely decor and the room was generally nice. However, the phone in the apartment broke, so i had to go to reception for both. It was very noisy outside, which meant sleep wasnt good, with varying deliveries and traffic outside. Breakfast was delicious.

Although the room isnt large, it is quite unique, and transportation is convenient. The front desk staff provides excellent service. Unfortunately, the hotel does not match the reservation made by booking site and the location assigned by the website.

This hotel made for a wonderful vacation. This was genuinely s an excellent location to stay. The hotel is centrally located between the city and the lake. It was extremely pleasant to have air conditioning and clean rooms, which were fully equipped and wellequipped. Additionally fantastic was the staff. After countless hours of traveling, the receptionists were very helpful and nothing to do with the cleaning crew, who did incredibly good work. We used the public transportation free travel pass to cross the river because they also gave us id card for free to use to get across the water. Go to the airport and save money because it was consistently clean and timely.

The hotel is nice, with a hall, the nvY bar, and the tag cafe all furnished with great care and pleasantness. The rooms are equally wellfurnished and characteristic. Food at the restaurant is reasonably good (the menu is not particularly extensive, which i believe is ok for upscale hotels because they can focus on fewer but highquality dishes) and prices are reasonable. Staff is polite. All areas are clean. Wifi speed in the room is more than adequate. So why only two stars? Our experience was decidedly negative due to the hotel and its facilities. When we arrived, it was freezing and there was no heating in our room during the winter of 2024 period. And even when we turned it on, we spent the first night in 17 degC! We later learned that we werent the only ones suffering from the cold in this hotel. On the next night, staff brought us an additional heater. There was only hand disinfectant soap available, so the equipment wasnt disinfected. For two days, expired yogurt was displayed at breakfast buffet. After that, there were other minor issues. Despite all of these issues, periodically brought to their attention by staff, manager never showed up, apologized, or took any action to fix the situation. I wonder if he or she was ever present at

On the first day of checkin, we were robbed, and according to what they said, there is no cooperation from the hotel and no cameras! When we are in the year of 202, why are there no camera? The hotel is probably aware of the theft.

The room was nice and clean, felt luxurious and the breakfast was quite good. The first thing was that the hightech tv hanged and couldnt be turned off, but a technician came up and removed the wall panel to reboot it.

This hotel is good. The location is in a very busy area of genevese city. Nice, clean, good service, and good location. We appreciate the nice room, the reception service and the location in the city center. When you look at the structure and his level, it is very affordable. I think i will come back to this hotel when ive returned to geneva.

During my work trip, i was here. The decor and service were both excellent, but the space has seen some wear. There was a noticeable scent in the room. It smelled like it. Everything is close by. This place is in incredibly central location.

Excellent hotel for business trips. The rooms are immaculate, the beds are cozy, and the atmosphere is pleasant. If you want to avoid carpet floors,'superior rooms can be a great option. However, there are some drawbacks, such as the lack of attentive staff and an average breakfast.
