Das Zimmer war geräumig und schön, jedoch war das Personal unfreundlich und harsch. Die Angestellten machten bei unserem Aufenthalt ein Drama wegen eines Parkplatzes, welchen wir überhaupt nicht benötigten, da wir kein Auto da hatten. War sehr mühsam.

Bei der Ankuft hatten wir erst mal nach dem Concierge gesucht und niemand gefunden. Nachdem wir dann rausgefunden hatten das es keinen Gab und wir per Automat selber einchecken sollten hat es ewig gedauert. Der Automat hat manchmal nicht richtig funktioniert und bei der Ausweis-Erkennung habe ich fast 10 Minuten lang die Karte in die Kamera halten müssen bis es funktioniert hatte. Nachdem es am Automat hieß das unsere Check in Karte fertig gestellt wurde, kam aber nichts aus dem Automaten raus. Wir hatten nur eine Quittung mit einem Code bekommen. Auch beim zweiten Versuch kam keine Karte raus. Zu unserem Glück kam dann zufällig gerade ein Personal vom Hotel und erklärte uns dann dass es keine Karten mehr gäbe und man nur noch mit dem Code vom Beleg per Eingabe in das Zimmer an der pin Fläche am Eingang rein käme. Die Zimmer sind zwar sauber, aber der Boden recht schmierig und manche Sessel weisen komische Flecken auf. Der Geruch ist ok. Das Bad recht neu. Die Bar/Lounge die beschrieben wird, ist klein, dreckig und zugemüllt. Der Tisch ist frei und sauber. Aber der gesamte Raum dort riecht nach Rauch. Die Bar ist zugestellt mit privatem Zeug wie Putzmittel, Tierfutter…. Zudem viel ungewaschenes Geschirr das rum steht. Die Cafemaschine sah auch nicht gerade sauber aus. Einen Café daraus zu trinken würde ich für gefährlich halten. Der Parkplatz kostet nochmal 15Franken extra. Wer eine kurze billige Unterkunft sucht und kaum Anforderungen hat ist hier richtig.

the hotel is in the middle of nowhere just in the road. No restaurant for meals, only bevereages .... they do not have the prices published of the drinks , the ladly of the reception does not have a nice bad attitude lack of customer service seems to be upset all the time, thaty does not feel well for a proper guests welcome. The opposite Maria was the only kind , helpful person. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

J 'ai réservé, via le site Hotels.com, dans ce hôtel du samedi 20 aout au lundi 22 aout une chambre pour 4 adultes. Arrivées sur place la réceptionniste nous fait savoir que notre réservation n’était pas valable ; Malgré nos protestations et le document de réservation précisant bien qu 'il s 'agissait d'une réservation pour 4 adultes, la personne est resté ferme sur sa position, nous proposant, si on n’était pas d 'accord d' aller chercher un autre hôtel! !!Cette proposition étant non envisageable, par peur de rester sans lieu d 'hébergement et sur ses vives incitations nous avons louer une 2 -ème chambre. Mais, une fois le règlement fait, arrivés dans nos chambres respectives; Miracle !!! La première chambre était un studio d 'environ 30 -35 mètres carrées meublée de 2 grands lits doubles + 1 cuisine + 1 salle de bain ( photo à l 'appui) et la deuxième une chambre double classique. Et pour finir au lieu de 354, 02 euros (la somme donnée par le site de réservation ), nous nous retrouvons avec une facture de 450, 44 euros ( pour la première chambre!! ) et une autre de 245 euros, pour la 2 -ème!!! Nous avons trouvé cette situation scandaleuse relevant de l’escroquerie et d'une attitude malhonnête l'égard du client. Nous avons été très désagréablement surpris et profondément attristées de cette situation à laquelle, on connaissant l’honnête la droiture et la correction des suisses, nous n’avons pas été préparés. Dommage !!!

Ich war geschäftlich unterwegs und habe dort einmal übernachtet. Der Check-in hat trotz Reservierung über 10 Minuten gedauert obwohl schon alles vorgängig bezahlt wurde. Im Zimmer ist es sehr staubig und es hat zahlreiche Haare und tote Mücken/Fliegen am Boden. Es wird nur um die Möbel herum gewischt, unter den Stühlen und dem Bett ist es sehr staubig. Was in der Nacht abgeht hat eher mit einem Bordell zu tun als mit einem Hotel. Grundsätzlich modernes Haus an guter Lage aber unprofessionell geführt.

DO NOT BOOK this hotel! This property management is horrible. First of all, we did not get the type of rooms we booked and paid for. The check-in experience was really bad, the manager gave us key for a wrong room. Then they scammed us for parking at “wrong” space, bullied me and my family at the middle of the night and tried to take almost 1000 euros from us. We had to involve the police to resolve the situation.

J'ai passé une très mauvaise nuit, la chambre n'a pas de climatisation comme c'était indiqué sur l'annonce. Quand j'ai demandé à la directrice, elle me dit ouvre la fenêtre. Pour information l'hôtel est collé à une route très passante et c'est donc très bruyant. Aussi, la propreté de la chambre n'était pas du tout dans les règles de l'art, plein de cheveux par terre et dans la douche. J'ai trouvé des taches sur les draps du lit.

Dreckigstes Hotel indem ich je war. 190 SFR für 1 Übernachtung in einem Familienzimmer mit 2 kleinen Kindern sind ein Witz.Die zentrale Elektroniksteuerung des Zimmers hing zur Hälfte aus der Wand. Wird angeblich nächste Woche repariert, wird in einem Jahr noch genauso ausschauen. Liegt an einer viel befahrenen Strasse, die ganze Nacht sehr laut. Wird auch als Stundenhotel genutzt. Empfehlung: weiträumig umfahren und meiden.
