Overall, good value for the standards of the city and our lastminute reservation. The room was clean and it seemed like we were given an accessible room because it was really spacious. I arrived very early (8 am) and still got a room, so that was great! The hotel is also 5 minutes walk from one of countrys best cafes and bakeries, le Petit marais, which is next to u. S. There is only one shower drain in the unprotected shower corner, therefore the bathroom floor was always full of water. It was very disturbing that we couldnt keep the window open at all during the night because the room is quite humid due to the soaking wet bathroom floors dampness and warm temperature. Our room had windows open towards the hotel entrance, and there were smokers there all day and night with smoke coming directly inside our room. We didnt close the door quickly enough, but the entire room became filled with secondhand smoke (we were on the second floor). Plus the humidity from the restroom. Switzerland has serious tobacco problems, ranking 2nd bottom out of 90 countries on global tobacco index in 2023.

The next time i visit zurich, ill think about staying here again. Fantastic hotel in zurch! Pleasantly impressed by the level of service and accommodations. The hotel is close to the train station and trams that take you downtown quickly. My single room was spacious and cozy, and it had a fridge as well. When ive walked into the hotel, the front desk staff has always been welcoming.

I found this hotel and am completely satisfied with my experience. Convenient location, within walking distance from the altstetten train station. The hotel is new and welldesigned, i found the rooms to be very well designed and you can find everything you need (incl. Some bottles of water, some kitchen equipment, tea etc.) I stayed on a Sunday which was cheaper but generally very fair. I will definitely consider it again when im in Zurich.

Very nice hotel, not far from the center. All facilities are working and in good condition downstairs the breakfast buffet, and you can take tea and coffee for free (a large variety) i was very impressed with the room. Comfortable bed, iron and large tv.

This place offers excellent value for the money. Situated in a very peaceful area of the city, the hotel appears to have recently undergone renovations. The rooms are tidy, contemporary, and roomy, making it ideal for relaxing. You can also spend some time relaxing in the breakfast area or working area because it is so quiet. There was incredibly wide variety of breakfast options. If youre visiting zurich, i highly recommend this location.

The receptionist named nataly was so kind and professional. I got a single room and was impressed to see how big it was, the ambiance was very nice, spacious and very clean. My personal issue forced me to leave and they just refund my money. If i could give it ten stars, it will definitely be 10. I am primarily travelled because of work so ive been aware of hotels when you are in zurich make sure you stay here. Its worth it. Thank you, flag.

It was the most amazing hotel i stayed at during my trip to the schweiz in february 2024. The price is very reasonable, and the system is digitalized, making the room spacious, clean, comfortable. It has a small kitchen with sanitizer, plates, cauteries, etc. Unfortunately, there are no electric stove and pots. So you should know this! However, the other things are very nice. Good bedding, furniture, service. I bring oats that can be parked on the ground floor with payment. You can buy some food from tavern. Hotel is closed. Walking takes 6 minutes! I will definitely stay next time!.

Hotel bendera sangat bagus. Sangat mudah untuk sampai ke sana dari bandara. Halte trem dan bus hanya berjarak 5 menit berjalan kaki. Lokasinya dekat pusat kota. Kamarnya nyaman, luas dan bersih. Sarapan prasmanan enak. Staf yang ramah.

We stayed here for two nights. Advantages of this place are the value for money, the exceptional hospitality, and the friendly staff, especially the receptionist, who gave us a free upgrade. Our groundfloor room 12 was quite roomy. There were electric kettles, silverware, coffee machines, irons on the beds, hair dryers in the room, as well as i have mr. And washing machine and microwave in common facilities. 5 stations 7-9 minutes walk and tram 6 minutes stroll. Vegetarian and indian breakfast - fruit salad, yogurt, milk, cheese, several cornflakes, 24hour coffee maker. I would advise taking it. One thing we discovered was that there was no exhaust in our washroom. Conclusion if your budget allows it, go for it because this hotel easily has three or four stars.

The hotel is brand new and has a nice size, stocked with utensils and basic necessities. Although the location is tucked away from the city, you can reach downtown in 20 minutes by tram. I would definitely return here and recommend it for the price difference compared to other hotels. Additionally, there are many markets nearby, making it simple to grab bbq or coffee.

I had a great time at the flag. The staff is very kind and helpful. Cleanliness is too good. Very well connected to all public transport. Food outlets are around the corner. There is only one drawback, there is no air conditioning in the room, but other than that everything is amazing.

This is a fantastic hotel for ps1 for the price. I still dream of their coffee maker in the breakfast area. The rooms are lovely, the food is delicious, and its incredibly good value for money. If youre in zurich, this is definitely worth mentioning.

This hotel was fantastic, which pleasantly surprised me! The ladies at the reception are really helpful and kind. The hotel is wellequipped and spotless. My room had a wonderful view and balcony, and i had everything ive ever needed! It was excellent value for the money, so ill definitely stay here again!.

This place is a comfortable place to stay while exploring the city of zurich. The staff is professional and the cleanliness of the entire place was good. All the appliances needed were there, and more. I didnt use the gym or other attractions, so i cant review them.

The facilities of the room are beyond satisfactory, and the service is excellent for the price paid. Natalia, the lovely young lady, is appreciated for taking care of us and making us feel quite welcome. Always give her a nice tip. The best part of our trip was the level of service.
