I received many compliments from the employees here. The location is so strategic with a good cleanliness, and the staffs was so kind and helpful, even if we forgot something that I forgot in the room. And then the good friendliness from the employee and the helpfulness was great.4.2/529 Jun 2023

This was a five-star experience without a doubt. Everything was fantastic. The back room was wonderful, with a wonderful view. When it's a good day to relax, there is a nice patio. The personnel was extremely accommodating and friendly. The adjoining restaurant was great and welcoming as well. The room was tidy, cozy, and really well-furnished. We also enjoyed the included morning breakfast. Since we were traveling by train, the location across from the train stop is extremely convenient. You can also travel throughout the tocino region by train or bus. This was a truly fantastic convenience. Can't wait to return.4.8/54 Feb 2023

It is very satisfying to stay at this hotel. I will recommend this hotel. The food and service are amazing. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the food is delicious, we ordered half portion of risotto, salmon pasta, and water which cost 40 francs. This is an unassuming hotel in the middle of Bellinzona. The rooms are immaculately clean. The staff is all young and extremely hardworking, but even after a long day of work, they remain helpful, happy, and friendly. The food is excellent with a wide variety of dishes, including a very good pizza. There is also a great selection of very good local wines.4.4/527 Nov 2022

The atmosphere in this room was so comfortable with everything we need. There are 3 castles in this place, the city center and the village center are so fantastic. The staff did everything they could to make the room look tidy, including the cafe that provided the breakfast. The breakfast was so good, including the continental bread, croissants, cooked eggs, cereal, and croissants. And then, as the location is close to the train station, there is an efficient electric fan. After that, the transportation was so easy, especially the train and bus connection from the city centre. Aside from that, the room also had a balcony overlooking the city center. Then, even down to the mountainous valleys, the views are beautiful. But the employees were so friendly and also understand what it takes. And then, they still clean our room in the morning and then put it in our room, and the room had a balcony facing the hillside. This is a beautiful, beautiful, and high-quality place. The very pleasant employees, who helped us do laundry there, were able to do it and they even folded it in our rooms two hours later. They also have some good local beers that we can try.4.8/59 Sep 2022

Having friendly staff, a nice breakfast, and a clean hotel. The coffee should be freshly served and not poured from a machine. The spa is a joke and the massage therapist is too soft. Food at the restaurant was a poor quality, nothing special for Tocino. It was far too expensive!4.6/529 Jun 2022

You can easily find the hotel as it is situated across the road from the main railway station. The quality of the rooms and the comfort of the bed are excellent. This hotel appears to be a highend hotel, but it is not. The entrance is cheap, cold, and unappealing. The service seems to have recently been renovated. The bed, though, was awful. The mattress was very low, with a plastic cover that was lumpy, and the duvet cover the cheapest they could find. The sink, however, is only halfway through my upper leg, and I am not very tall. Since there was nowhere to store your belongings, we decided to put them on the floor. There was nothing in the room to put your belongings in, let alone water. There isnt much water or coffee in the room, let alone any coffee. When we checked in, we noticed an espresso machine hidden away on a small ledge where you could get coffee for 2 euros, but there was nowhere to enjoy that cup of coffee. We sought out a nice restaurant in town to kill time, but it was not as comfortable. We eventually got out of the hotel for takeout and movie theaters. We were satisfied within an hour because the old town that looked good in the pictures was very tiny and included coffee and desert. But it will be difficult to move in front of the hotel. We chose to only get our beauty case and a few necessities and leave the rest in the car. Conclusion First we felt scammed thinking that we had booked a nice hotel that was worth
