Stafnya sangat baik. Sarapannya kaya dan berlimpah, gurih dan manis. Kamarnya sangat bersih dan nyaman. Kami menghargai lokasinya (sangat sentral): dalam dua menit berjalan kaki kami berada di pusat. Saat check-in kami diberi tiket.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Elevator was available for upper floors. Our room was 18 sq mt, small! Room was clean and organized though. We only stayed 2 nights, noticed the room had been very hot at night, tried changing the radiator but the heat would not completely turn off. Opened the window and then had to suffer from street noise, mostly people talking loudly at all times. Also, a hair loss clinic across the street had filmed slamming light into our room. Do not recommend rooms facing the road. The shower in the bath looks like it may have been from the 50 th century. Breakfast at 15 chf per person was quite good. Hotel provides id card for unlimited travel in nearby area, so ill say it was zone 10, but its best to verify. Centrally located and easy to walk around town from hotel. I recommend that the owners talk to the hairloss clinic to put their video on rooster to turn out at midnight.

Its our first time in switzerland, so the staff is all kind and friendly. The receptionist was kind enough to recommend some local restaurants to us. Nice and cozy room. Breakfast is amazing and offers many options. Highly recommended.

The threestar hotel was enjoyable, but it essentially resembles a fourstar establishment. The breakfast was delicious, with dozens of options available at the buffet. There is parking available from the hotel, and there is also onsite parking nearby. Both the price and the quality are excellent!.

The hotel is conveniently located near the lake luzern, offering easy access to nearby attractions. The rooms are impeccably clean and comfortable, adding convenience to the stay. However, what truly surprised me was the breakfast buffet, which greatly enhanced my experience. I am already looking forward to returning in the future!.

The reception staff was friendly, the rooms had a coffee maker, tvs for air conditioning, and i also got o separate bathroom and toilet. It was incredibly nice and comfortable for our family room.
