We had a delightful stay in this cute design hostel. The hotel is in a prime position with free parking near the park entrance. The rooms were spacious, clean, the air conditioning worked well, the breakfast was simple and tasty, but most importantly, the service was excellent from the booking stage to the very end. Special thanks to pearl who made our stay extra special thanks to her attention to detail and very warm welcome. Highly recommended, very good value.

Firstly, the stairs leading to the lobby are quite steep. Further, because it was raining, it was becoming more challenging to lift our luggage up. The lobby is particularly welcoming because it is tastefully decorated with plants and other fixtures. The double room was nothing special, but enough for a restful sleep. More hangers and hooks would have been helpful. I think the room was quite cramped for two people. The night market was the highlight of renting, as were the beaches, which were only a short walk away. Perhaps a room with a view and a balcony would have been ideal for my stay here.

Nee one of those overpriced places in renting. The location is okay right in the middle of the local night market. The rooms are well furnished, but very smelly and not really clean. Also, there were a lot of ants. Some rooms have no windows. Our room had a window facing a backyard and the next building just an arm's distance away. Breakfast is poor. They buy it from the street. It's served in the lobby but there aren't even enough chairs. The staff was very friendly and helpful. All spoke basic English.

I stayed at the hostel for five days and it's at the end of a street that turns into a night market each night. Small streetfood sellers offer all kinds of food that all tastes good, although some of it looks a bit different. The hostel has excellent ac and all rooms have bathrooms. I'd ask for a room on the second floor with a balcony. The staff is always cheerful and trying to please. On our last day, we got a nice surprise, the owner invited us to go on a boat ride on his sailboat. We went for a swim in warm sea water and really enjoyed the day. We left the place with warm thoughts and hope to come back later.

It's lucky that we got upgraded to a room with a view which is wonderful. You will be surprised to find that the room is small but clean and has a powerful shower. As the shower curtain is not included, be prepared for a damp bathroom. The staff is very friendly. The location is on the edge of the night market so it's not too noisy. If you drive, there is a public parking space about 5 minutes walk from the hostel.
