1. The hotel only accommodates guests aged 5 and above. For safety reasons and to ensure a quality stay, children under 5 years old are not accepted.Check-in begins at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and will incur an additional fee of NT$300 per hour.
2. If the number of guests exceeds the room’s designated occupancy, an additional fee of NT$350 per person will apply. This includes amenities but does not include an extra bed.
3. Room assignments are made on the day of arrival. Specific room types cannot be requested or guaranteed.
4. The hotel does not have a restaurant and therefore does not provide breakfast.
5. Pets are not allowed, except for guide dogs.
6. Smoking and drugs are strictly prohibited throughout the hotel. If guests smoke in the room or if cigarette smoke is detected, the hotel will charge a cleaning fee of NT$8,000 and notify the police, who may issue a fine.
7. To maintain the quality of stay for all guests, please keep noise levels down after 11:00 PM to avoid disturbing others. Guests who repeatedly fail to comply may have the police called, and their accommodation privileges may be cancelled.
8. The hotel has an underground parking lot. As parking spaces are limited, one parking space is available per room on a first-come, first-served basis, with no reservations. If the hotel parking lot is full, there is an additional parking lot behind the hotel. The hotel provides a parking subsidy of up to NT$300 per day, or up to NT$400 per day during public holidays. The parking lot is approximately a 2–3-minute walk away, and parking spaces are guaranteed. We look forward to welcoming you and wish you a pleasant stay.
