Hotel ini berada tidak jauh dari MRT dan 3 menit dari Pasar Malam Ximen. Di lantai bawah terdapat Pasar Malam Ximen, harga yang mereka tawarkan sangat terjangkau dan juga tekanan air yang mereka sediakan sangat kuat. Semua staf disini melayani dengan sangat baik.

Waktu check-in 15 per 2, kebersihan 1 bintang Sprei ada noda, counter langsung diganti setelah direspon, pelayanan oke, nanti ada noda di pinggir sprei, lalu noda merah di pinggir quilt (mudah-mudahan bukan noda darah), lalu bantal ada bulunya, tapi karena lama, ada noda di sprei. Lupa sudah malam Kedap suara dan bising (tidak mau kasih bintang) Suara AC di kamar sangat bising, bahkan saat dimatikan masih terdengar suara kompresor hidup, sudah jam 12 pagi, lalu semalaman sangat bising. Akibatnya, saya tidak bisa tidur nyenyak sepanjang malam. Saya sangat tidak peka terhadap suara, tetapi malam itu saya hampir tidak bisa tidur nyenyak sepanjang malam.

Saya terlambat karena kemacetan lalu lintas di jalan. Saya menelepon konter tiga kali tetapi tidak ada yang menjawab. Ketika saya tiba di konter, tidak ada seorang pun. Saya menunggu lima menit sebelum pembersih wanita keluar untuk menjawab pertanyaan saya. Kamar yang saya dapatkan belum dirapikan, ketika saya masuk ke kamar kedua, saya diberitahu bahwa ada yang memesan, jadi saya pindah ke kamar ketiga. Saya bertanya apakah saya bisa memiliki lebih banyak waktu tetapi hotel menjawab bahwa saya terlambat. Terlambat memang salah, tetapi apakah juga menjadi masalah bagi tamu jika kamar diganti dan waktu terbuang percuma?

Kami memesan dua kamar dan kondisinya sangat buruk. Kamar yang kami pesan berbeda dari tempat yang sebenarnya. Kami dibawa ke Jalan Xining Selatan. Atap kamar dan kamar mandi berjamur. Kamar di lantai enam bahkan ada bekas tusuk gigi tamu. AC di kamar lantai 3 masih ada. Ada yang rusak (nantinya kamar diganti tengah malam) dan seluruh lorong penuh dengan puing-puing. Sederhananya, pihak toko merasa bahwa lokasi kali ini bukanlah lokasi sebenarnya di mana hotel tersebut didaftarkan. Meskipun penggantian telah dilakukan, pelanggan tidak diberitahu. Kali ini saya mengajak teman-teman Malaysia saya untuk tinggal di sana dan mereka memiliki kesan yang sangat buruk terhadap Taiwan.
