Meski terdaftar sebagai hotel bintang empat, ini adalah hotel standar bintang tiga. Meskipun bangunannya sudah tua, namun tetap terawat dengan baik. Kamar mandi dan toiletnya bersih dan dalam kondisi baik.

Overall, i will definitely return, most likely with my family. Enjoying taipei at its finest during our stay at hotel hd palace. Having stayed at hotel hd palace gave us the impression that we were royalty and a family at the same time. This hotel, as its name suggests, has a simple yet elegant ambiance, a palace with a cozy feel. The facilities were kept with care and friendly vibes. The view of taipei 101 from our rooms window was mesmerizing, the bathroom with a bathtub and the builtin music was relaxing, the bed was comfortable but we wished the pillows were smaller and more soft for comfort. The hotel lobby was always clean and welcoming. The entire hotel staff was very accommodating and helpful especially when we needed anything to know about taipei and its famous tourist spots. Tey also recommended a well mannered and englishspeaking taxi driver and tour guide in one. Although we traveled for work, we also enjoyed leisurely thanks to their assistance. The only thing missing was their inhouse restaurant. The simple breakfast with bread and drinks, as well as allday coffee and tea, and biscuits for snacks were highly appreciated. Minus the rain and weather change, we really enjoyed going to their tieup restaurant every day, mosburger for breakfast, just a few minutes walking distance from the hotel, a form of walking exercise. This hotel is also accessible to all you need, from famous tourist spots to train and bus stations to night markets, restaurants, banks, and spas. A very good massage can be found next to the hotel. Staf pelayanannya sangat buruk. Tidak masalah jika mobil tidak muat di tempat parkir. Tidak masalah jika pelanggan diminta untuk parkir di luar. Apakah ada yang salah dengan otaknya jika dia langsung memberi tahu pelanggan bahwa bau alkohol? Intinya saya tidak minum sama sekali. Sangat sibuk.

Sebenarnya tante-tante cukup sopan, tapi nada suaranya mungkin salah paham bagi sebagian orang. Tidak ada masalah besar dengan kamar dan ada FamilyMart di seberang jalan di lantai bawah yang sangat nyaman.

Excellent hotel. My wife and I spent 11 nights here. Jane the general manager and her team were fantastic, very helpful and polite, and made us feel very welcome. The hotel was spotless and clean. The nearest main bus route was only 5 minutes away from the hotel, while Mar stations on the red and brown lines were only a 12-minute walk away. Peter Betters Coffee Shop was our favorite local eatery within a 3-minute walk and breakfast vouchers were available. Highly recommended!.
