Accommodation Rules "Pet-Friendly Accommodation Agreement" Pet guests are welcome to move freely within the designated pet-friendly rooms. Before check-in, pet owners (i.e., staying guests, hereafter the same) are required to carefully read and comply with the following agreement:
■ Maximum number of pets per room: ・Up to 3 small dogs under 8kg each (e.g., Poodle, Yorkshire Terrier) ・Up to 2 medium or large dogs between 8–25kg each (e.g., Golden Retriever, Labrador)
■ Please ensure your pet is dewormed, flea-free, and bathed before check-in.
■ If your pet is not toilet-trained, male dogs must wear a belly band and female dogs should use pee pads to maintain room cleanliness.
■ Pets are only allowed in pet-friendly rooms or designated entry/exit corridors. Pets are not permitted in other public areas such as the hotel lobby, lounge, elevators, or restaurants.
■ When taking your pet outside, please use the designated passage and keep your pet on a leash at all times to ensure the safety of both pets and people.
■ Room rates include a complimentary pet amenity kit: pet pee pad, waste bag, and pet treats for use during your stay. Pet amenities may change from time to time (pet beds are only provided within the hotel).
■ Do not leave your pet unattended in the room to prevent accidents.
■ Pets are not allowed on the beds, ensuring a comfortable environment for all guests.
■ If your pet barks or becomes unsettled in a new environment, please comfort them to avoid disturbing other guests.
■ Please clean up immediately if your pet relieves itself in the room or bathroom, ensuring a pleasant environment for the next pet guest.
■ Pet owners are fully responsible for their pets’ behavior. If your pet causes damage, dirties hotel property, attacks, injures others, or violates this agreement, the owner will be liable for any resulting compensation.
■ All pet supplies are cleaned separately from guest items for your peace of mind.
Children and Extra Bed Charges:
Children aged 6 to 12 (inclusive): If the number of guests exceeds the allowed limit, an extra person charge of TWD300 applies for a child not occupying an extra bed. No extra bed service is available. (Payable at check-in.)
Children aged 13 and above: Charged at the standard adult rate. If the number of guests exceeds the allowed limit, an extra person charge of TWD800 applies. No extra bed service is available. (Payable at check-in.)
In line with government policy, starting January 1, 2025, single-use amenities will no longer be provided in guest rooms. Guests are kindly advised to bring their own supplies. For any additional needs, please contact the front desk.
Independent parking space is available for stays of Deluxe Double Room.
Our parking has limited spaces and operates on a first come first served basis. When the parking is full, we offer second parking lot near the hotel (about 10-minute walk to the hotel). For more details, please contact the property directly.
