Check-in time: 15:00-17:00. Self-check-in applies after 17:00. Instructions will be emailed once booking is completed. In case of flight delays or force majeure requiring late check-in, please contact hotel in advance for assistance. Extra beds are not available. Extra person service is available: Monday to Thursday $1500/person, Friday and Sunday $2000/person, Saturday $2500/person (amenities and breakfast provided). Children under 6 years old stay for free when sharing existing bed.
In the spirit of energy conservation and environmental protection, disposable toiletries are not provided in guest rooms. Guests can obtain them from the front desk if needed; one item per person.
To maintain the estate environment, pets are prohibited in all indoor areas (pets must not be on the ground in outdoor areas). Violators will be charged a cleaning fee of $3,000. Smoking is prohibited throughout the estate; violators will be charged a cleaning fee of $10,000. Alcohol consumption, gambling, parties, and drug use are strictly prohibited. Any violations will be reported to the police without leniency.
