I have stayed in hostels that are much better than this. The motel where I stayed was the one. You felt like you were in a prison as it was so uncomfy. You could hear everything your neighbors said from the very thin walls. My room's sink was loose! So I had to be careful. There was only a regular window curtain in the shower. I stayed in hostels with shared rooms and felt much safer there than at this place. Breakfast is expensive, I believe. Everything is so outdated. I didn't even have a plug in the bathroom so I could blow dry my hair! The location was a plus, so they have two stars rather than one.

I stayed here twice. A year ago and this year. Over those 4 years, they have improved. The bathroom is tiny and there's something wrong with the floor of the shower, but it's okay for a night. It has a very nice view and the distance to the resort is not too long. In summer, the lodging costs in flam are crazy. Would return once more.

The place was very quiet, and despite the many guests. It appeared to be that this captain kept the ship tidy.

I spent five days camping here. Just by the fjord. Easy access to 2 supermarkets and good transport links. A small campsite with good cleanliness facilities and a play area for kids. Friendly staff. Will be back.
