For safety reasons, our fitness center and sauna facilities are not open to children or adolescents under 16 years old or under 140 cm in height. For facility rules and precautions, please refer to the Lakeshore Hotel Tainan website. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Pets are not allowed in guest rooms or other indoor public areas of the hotel. Should a pet be found in a guest room, a NT$6,000 cleaning fee will be applied to cover the cost of a full sanitation process. The hotel also reserves the right to charge additional fees for any damages caused.
Starting from January 1, 2025, the breakfast pricing will be adjusted as follows: For children (height 110 cm to 140 cm or ages 6 to 10), the cost is TWD 374 per person per meal. For adults (height above 140 cm or ages 11 and above), the cost is TWD 693 per person per meal.
The property doesn't provide extra bed service. Please check the individual room capacity for more details.
The room type will be based on your booking. Please note that the bed configuration can NOT be changed and the extra beds are not available. If you need to change the room type, please contact the customer service of your booking channel for assistance.
To ensure a comfortable and healthy environment for all guests, except for the designated smoking area, all indoor spaces, including guest rooms, balconies, and bathrooms, are entirely smoke-free. This policy applies to all forms of smoking, including cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, and heated tobacco products. A cleaning fee of NT$12,000 will be charged for any smoking.
■ Lakeshore Hotel Sustainability Initiative. We will no longer provide disposable toiletries or skincare items.
■ Self-service kiosks are available for check-in and check-out at your convenience.
■ To provide excellent service and facilities, the gym, outdoor swimming pool, and sauna will be closed for cleaning from 12:00 PM to 01:30 PM daily and for maintenance from 6:00 AM to 01:30 PM on the first Tuesday of each month. The monthly maintenance will be postponed to the next Tuesday in case of holidays
The club will undergo annual maintenance from January 4, 2027 to January 8, 2027. It will be closed throughout the entire area for the full duration.
