■ The property introduced a self-service check-in and check-out system.
■ The entire property is under continual development, and there will be ongoing construction works in the surrounding area. We apologize for any inconvenience and are looking forward to providing better services and new experiences to our guests.
■ To ensure a comfortable and healthy environment for all guests, except for the designated smoking area , all indoor spaces, including guest rooms, balconies, and bathrooms, are entirely smoke-free.This policy applies to all forms of smoking, including cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, and heated tobacco products.A cleaning fee of NT$12,000 will be charged for any smoking activity detected in guest rooms or on balconies.Guests will be held liable for any damage to hotel property or amenities.
■ Pets are not allowed in guest rooms or other indoor public areas of the hotel. Should a pet be found in a guest room, a NT$6,000 cleaning fee will be applied to cover the cost of a full sanitation process. The hotel also reserves the right to charge additional fees for any damages caused.
