I would definitely stay here again. The hotel room was comfortable and clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location, easily walkable or access to public transportation to get around the city.

Excellent hotel. Next to linsen north road is the shuangcheng night market. It is quite handy for latenight snacks. The toilet is spotless, and the room is excellent! Fantastic. There are numerous meals for breakfast, including salads, fruits, and bread.

Saya sangat menikmati teh sore Eropa di Ohu hari ini selama liburan. Di tengah menikmati makanan, tiba-tiba saya mendengar suara pertengkaran di meja depan. Suara!! Penasaran, diam-diam saya memperhatikan Saya benar-benar melihat pemimpin tur yang marah memarahi staf konter. Penasaran banget karena tiga karakter klasik sudah keluar. Dari apa yang saya lihat, saya merasa kedua pihak salah. Nada layanan itu sendiri perlu sedikit diubah. Sangat tidak pantas jika ketua tim mengumpat dan mengumpat di depan umum. Sekarang saya melihat penjaga pemberani yang pergi menghiburnya. Saya juga melihat staf restoran datang untuk mengungkapkan kekhawatiran mereka. Tapi seharusnya manajer meja depan sekarang bukan orang yang pergi ke sana. Sangat nyaman. Meskipun pilihan sarapannya tidak terlalu banyak, tapi cukup enak. Roti di hotel juga cukup enak. Tidak banyak restoran yang cocok untuk makan untuk dua orang atau kurang di dekat hotel, tetapi untungnya ada pilihan antar, jadi ini tidak menjadi masalah. Ada juga layanan antar makanan di pintu masuk. Saya mungkin akan tinggal di sana lagi saat pameran Rose. Saya sangat berharap ada dispenser air, kalau tidak saya benar-benar tidak ingin terus-menerus membuat sampah.

Our early checkin was so quick and the room was upgraded so we felt like we were at home right away. The room is set up like a onebedroom suite without the bedroom door. The amenities are well equipped and have a very nice setting. We like that there is a separate living and work area, as well as a large work desk and chairs / sofa. The second day we noticed some water leaking from the bathroom floor, so we moved to the next room, same layout but smaller. Breakfast is served in a restaurant near the lobby and includes Chinese, taiwanese, western and japanese dishes. The bread section is full of goodies. There are sweet dumplings and buns with different fillings and shapes and colors, and one of black sesame mushrooms looks very real and tempting. There is also an omelet section. Next to the restaurant there is a french bakery shop that offers guests free coffee, tea, and cookies till 10.30 am. A nice place to relax and people watching, etc. Overall, my husband and i felt the hotel has very strong team work, communication between teams is quick and effective. The staff, from reception, repair, cleaning, breakfast, bellhop/doorman, to bakery, were all very helpful, polite, and friendly. People could tell the building has seen better days, but the room is clean and spacious enough. There are some improvements we think can be done to our second room, compared to our first room which is wheelchair accessible, the mattress seemed worn and sagging, and the desk chair made some noises i guess due to long usage too. We didnt visit the roof garden or gym next time, but we will. We also need to try the afternoon tea at the bakery shop.

Saat pertama kali memasuki kamar, saya merasakan sesuatu yang aneh dan kemudian menyadari bahwa itu berbeda dengan kamar yang saya lihat saat memesan hotel. Itu adalah kamar eksekutif double, ruang tamu dan kamar tidur sama, tetapi suasana dan ukuran kamar tidur berbeda dari foto. Jauh lebih kecil dari gambar, tidak ada kursi dan TV juga kecil. Desain kamar mandi dan toilet berbeda dari foto yang saya lihat saat booking dan cukup sulit digunakan. Peralatannya sudah tua, jadi ketika saya menggunakan kamar kecil, suara air terus terdengar bahkan setelah saya menggunakannya. Sepertinya petugas kebersihan kurang, jadi ketika saya pulang (sekitar jam 5 pagi) kamar belum dibersihkan. Sarapan memiliki 4 atau 5 item berbeda dari hari sebelumnya. Kopi tetap hangat di panci, bukan mesin. Saya suka keju jadi saya senang bisa mencoba berbagai jenis keju. Staf di resepsionis tidak ramah dan sangat lugas.

The breakfast is good with a variety of options. The staff is very friendly and the service is good. They provide their own shuttle service but with a schedule. The room is spacious and comfortable. I like how they separate office area with big desk and sleeping area.
