The location of this hotel is one of the best in the area. It is close to the city's most beautiful parks and must-sees frequently. Their restaurant is excellent. I had steak there and it's one of the finest I've had in years. The staff is friendly, but they need more English speakers. The service is fine, but it still requires a lot more to compare to other hotels in the chain.

Terrific hotel, everything is up to modern standards, the bed is comfortable, the room has a view, and all requests were met. The staff was professional and helpful. Breakfast is quite plentiful, but the taste of the fresh juice is extremely watery, the fresh yogurt rather than sugary processed foods, and the breakfast is plentiful. Though the lunch and dinner menu is a bit limited, the food was satisfying, and everything was sanitary. Everything in the city is close by, and a park is just next door. We loved the pool!.

The Wyatt Regency is the best place to stay and work if you have business trips to Dushanbe and Tajikistan. Very friendly and responsive staff and management! Always ready to lead an extra hand if necessary. Highly recommended!.

In the past, I've been to this hotel numerous times, and I've always had a great experience with the entire service. Yet this time, however, was a really unsettling experience for me. There was no one cleaning the room before noon over the three nights it was open. I had to contact them and request room cleaning. The towel was the issue, they were replaced every day, but the bath towels had a foul odor. The grd experience is related to food and beverages. One morning I decided to skip breakfast but wanted 2 croissants for takeaway, so I asked the restaurant staff if they could pack 2 croissants for me. He said it was not free, but if I want, they can pack it and charge my room as room service. In truth, I was really astonished by this, I have never seen such a behavior in a hotel in the world. Last but not least, the restaurant's coffee bar is in the news. During my entire stay at this hotel, I frequently used the coffee shop to purchase cappuccino. Every time, I had to urge the bartender to clean the milk pitcher and milk steamer. They were pouring milk into an outdated pitcher and occasionally with leftover milk. They claimed that it was fresh and only recently used when I commented. I would find the milk steamer a lot of
