For the price this location is great. It’s in Stonetown and walkable to all the touristy stuff and restuatants. They had tuk tuks available everywhere but I feel like you can really just walk where you need to go since everything is so close. I loved how welcoming everyone was and willing to accommodate me. I used their airport shuttle service and I wasn’t on time because the airport lost my luggage. They still made sure I got to the hotel safely. They know all the tour guides and can point you in the right direction for your needs. The AC worked. The room size was decent and had a little balcony. The cleanness impressed me because I wasn’t expecting it. I was surprised by how clean and how good my room spelled and that I didn’t encounter any bugs ( I hate bugs). I appreciated the free breakfast. It was delicious. I’d definitely come back.

O hotel tem ótima localização, em especial para quem está viajando sozinha. O café da manhã é bem satisfatório. O quarto era grande e limpo. Os funcionários foram muito gentis comigo, solucionaram minhas dúvidas e me deram várias dicas. Excelente para quem está viajando solo.

Hébergement propre et super service. En revanche la salle de bain est à revoir, avec de l'électricité dans la douche (boite de dérivation ouverte dans l'espace douche). Réservé davantage aux backpackers habitués à voyager dans des pays aux normes moins contraignantes qu'en Europe/US. Occidentaux "froussards" passez votre chemin !!!

I was with both my daughters the area la Neisha is situated is very safe, we were out late night we felt secure and the streets lights were visible. Also the staffs are very friendly and helpful especial Ali, Suleiman and Aisha. We wanted a transport to go to port they arranged for us. I would just like to give feedback in regards to room service, the telephone was not working , there was no curtain shower or hair dryer, this could be because of the new management. The location is ideal is you want to get around stone town everything is walking distance. Above all there was no mosquitos! We really enjoyed our stay at la Neisha.

It is a simple place - clean and adequate. it could have used a bottle of water in the room and the TV did not work, but for my needs it was fine. And the staff was very nice about my arriving at 3am.

I booked this pretty last minute for my first night because it was central location and good price. It delivered on both of those points but the condition of the house itself left a lot to be desired. It was a big room with large bed and aircon which was great however several details like mildew smelling pillows and mold on bathroom curtain made me look for another hotel for rest of my trip. Breakfast was descent, fruit and an omelette with beverages. Staff was very nice. Lowest price in the area it seemed but building reflects it.
