Overall, if all you need is a place to sleep and travel around the day, this place will do it for you. It works perfectly. They were also very responsive to my emails and arranged the airport pick. A very friendly staff. If you're looking for a place to stay near the University of Dar Es Salaam, and you don't mind the surroundings, this hotel will be your best choice. This hotel is organized, with helpful staff and general friendliness. But I would not remain here longer, especially in the rooms. Although the air conditioning is working, it feels a bit stuffy. WiFi is available, but the restaurant's connection is better. The bedrooms lack a strong connection. Maybe it was the suite in which I slept. which was reasonably priced. See photos.

This hotel is located in a local area and I thought it wouldn't be a good stay but it turned out to be clean and amazing as it was very cheap. The room has a clean comfy bed with a shower cabin, clean bathroom and AC.

The room was clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced. Breakfast was also included. If you're looking for a convenient, reasonably priced hotel with polite, friendly, and helpful staff, this is a great choice.

This hotel is located in Senza township. It has a mix of lavish life style with a goodish atmosphere for unceasing night live experience and western street food. It is a friendly and safe neighborhood with very close proximity to almost every city's attractions.

I had booked a double room for 2 people, and they disagreed with my booking and we were installed at an individual room. We claimed back and after insisting they provided us with extra towel and water, but didn't change us the room. We were leaving early in the morning and even though we asked for just some bread, they told us that breakfast was not due until 7am, so we had to leave with nothing

The staff were nice that’s about the only good thing to say of this hotel. The electricity keep shutting off the whole time I was there and they couldn’t keep the generator running. The WiFi was also very bad. Room AC old and barely worked. Nor did ceiling fan work. No regular TV but they did have smart TV to watch YOUTUBE or NETFLIX. Buffet breakfast a 4 out of 10. Location is a bit far from town but UBER works there. $20 per night so I guess I got what I paid for!
