Hotel dengan model arsitektur era 90-an tapi fasilitas nya tetap modern mengikuti perkembangan saat ini. Sangat bersih, kamar nya juga sangat luas. Sanitasi nya sangat bersih higienis apalagi kamar nya memiliki jendela dengan menghadap ke pemandangan yang luas dan terlihat bukit pegunungan yang ada di sekitar Sungai Kolok. Petugas ramah dan bisa berbahasa Melayu. Minor kurang nya hanya tidak menyediakan sandal hotel, itu saja. Mungkin kalau request bisa jadi disediakan ya, cmiiw. So, cukup sempurna untuk hotel di kota kecil yang ada di wilayah perbatasan.
