Penalty of 5,000 Baht will be charged if do not obay. - Water and electricity are included in price. - Your guests are welcome in the apartment but please note that you will be held responsible for any damages/theft/misconduct caused by your accompanying party - Pets are not allowed - Do not throw tissue in the toilet bowls - Loud music and parties are strictly prohibited, any use of drugs or illegal substances will not be tolerated and will be reported to the authority. - Please keep all valuables in the lock box provided and keep all bags locked when leaving the apartment. Host will not be responsible for any loss or theft. - You should leave the apartment before or at the check-out time stated.
