This place is run by the most adorable family. We stayed for a total of 7 nights in february 2024, and i cant express how impressed ive been by their hospitality. The location is excellent, as is walking distance to the old town. Highly recommended at this unbeatable price! Dont forget to go up to your rooftop to see an amazing sunset.

The hotel is conveniently located near the old town. It offers good value for money. The room is clean and modern, everything is new. However, the air conditioning blew directly on the bed, which was a bit uncomfortable, but maybe just an individual impression. Although the owner is very helpful, it may be omitted by overextending the friendliness.

The service provided by the booking site was exceptional. When i arrived at 23.30 late at night, the owner was waiting for me outside after being picked up from the airport for a fee. He was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the checkin process. Credit cards are accepted for payment. I only intended to stay one night but ended up staying two more. The property has only undergone redevelopment three months ago, and it is immaculate. Im hoping they will continue to maintain it so clean. Its incredible how each room has individualized vibes and is extremely clean that the proprietor is so proud of it. There are private gardens on the first floor, while the second is known as the hill floors, which have rooms from nearby areas, whilst the third is named the sky floor with other lovely views of the area. They will also have upcoming rooftop area with 340 degree views in the neighborhood! I heartily endorse this location. If ill return to puket, if ive ever returned, well stay here again.

The room is spacious, the bed is comfortable, and the shower is excellent. The staff is friendly, there is free tea and coffee. Air conditioning works well and is not noisy.

Very comfortable, clean and hospital place. Lovely staff and interesting design with chinese culture. Loved the quietness. Its located in a real alley with locals and schools which gives you reassurance of being in the area. So neat and organized.

The owners at alleyhill are the kindest, sweetest and most attentive ive ever met. They went above and beyond to make sure i was comfortable during my stay, showing me nearby stores and restaurants and letting me borrow a reading lamp so that he could read in my room. The rooms have everything you could need and are very clean and comfortable. Its about ten minutes walk from old thailand town so you can easily get around town but also have peace and quiet at the hotel. Overall ecstatic, secure, and cared for. I would highly recommend the hotels to anyone visiting the area.

I believe this is the best place to stay in thailand. I mean ratio of price and quality. The hotel is brand new and immaculate. Owners are very friendly. Make sure they take care of you. There is a bus stop near patong, kata beach, and karon beach. And you can fully enjoy old town. All for incredibly good value.

My time at alleyhill in the town of pulauwatu was fantastic. The old town can be reached on foot from this excellent hotel. Its wonderful to observe the locals going about their day on the residential street where the hotel is located, which has a great village vibe. They are really helpful and run by amiable family. When i asked them if they had restocked me with pens so ive read at night, they went out and bought me one!.

If i could, ill give this place more than five stars. The setting is quite contemporary and cozy. Every day, fresh towels and water are provided in the clean, spotless rooms. You will be greatly supported by the people who own this establishment. They would make you coffee every day and did nothing to make it too much trouble. Excellent location and only a 10minute stroll from all the restaurants. I heartily suggest this location to anyone.

This place is truly fantastic! The staff truly takes care of you. The location is excellent, the building is exquisite and filled with light. Excellent air conditioning. Your room has free water. A cold drink upon arrival. They took my bag to my room. An airport transfer was planned. There is a fridge in reception that serves cold beverages, including beer, that can be charged to your room for your use. I wish i could stay longer than one night.

I recently got back from a wonderful stay at this fantastic new hotel, and it was fantastic! The rooms were incredibly roomy, with excellent cleanliness. Its location in the city center makes it ideal for exploring. Thomas, the proprietor, was amazingly kind and knowledgeable, offering excellent restaurant recommendations and making reservations for us. Highly recommended for ensuring utmost comfort during your stay in this city!.
