Amazing 3BR Thai style home in tropical atmosphere

- please throw your garbage: garbage boxes are at the end of the street
- don't throw anything in the toilet except toilet paper.
- please take off your shoes in the second floor.
LAST BUT MOST IMPORTANT...complaints on check out day do not serve to improve your stay: I kindly ask you in case of lack of home equipment, inconveniences or other to inform me immediately in order to resolve the issue and make your holiday even more pleasant. Thank you in advance and feel at home and have FUN! :)
Treat the villa like your own home: you are welcoming in a home and to in hotel. Please be respectful and contact me for any issues or info. I will be more than happy to help you.
- please turn off all the lights, electrical equipments and air-condition when you leave the villa.
- smoking is forbidden inside the villa and is only allowed at the terrace outside (empty the ashtray as soon as your cigarette is over)
- clean the house when you check out as you found it. Please wash tableware, pans, pots after use. Remove your food and drinks from fridge or freezer when you check out.
- we provide bedlinen for every bed included quilts and blankets, 1 big towels for each guest and 4 hand towels. Extra linen removed without our permission should be cleaned and place in the same place found or if not extra laundry service will be charged
- respect the neighbours
- when you check out please, leave the key into the locker as you found.
- use the air-condition with open door is strickly forbidden
- please take care of the house and try to leave it as original.
IMPORTANT! The real person quantity have to be mentioned in the booking, otherwise extra persons not mentioned in the booking will be charged upon arrival.
- put back all equipment, sofa or chairs if you moved.
