A special place to visit. Definitely felt like a once in a life experience walking with elephants. If you're looking for e resort for unlimited drinks and party music, this is not it. This is more for relaxation, tranquility and privacy. I took Muay Thai lesson with Noom and he was great.

Our stay at Anantara's Golden Triangle Resort was perfection from start to finish. The property is stunning, set in a huge jungle expanse with elephants roaming (talk about a room with a view)! Our suite was a major wow - the views of course, but the amenities were thoughtful and they provided everything we could have needed + more. Service was fabulous - attentive and gracious without being overbearing, which I find the perfect balance. We had one daily activity included and the activities are just SUCH a highlight. We did the Elephant Learning Experience and Walking with Giants tours and I'd highly recommend both for those wanting to interact with elephants! Lastly, the food. Food in an all-inclusive experience could easily be average but we found the food - quality and variety - really impressive. The breakfast spread was fabulous and included both Western and local options. Dinner offered a choice of a Thai or Italian restaurant - we did Thai all of our nights and loved everything. Wonderful resort from start to finish. We hope to return and bring family!

家族で泊まりました。今までの人生で泊まったホテルの中で、いちばん素晴らしく、またすぐにでも泊まりに行きたいホテルです。象との体験、ホテルのツアーでミャンマーやラオスの国境を越えたこと、娘の誕生日にランタンを飛ばしてくれたこと、暖かいスタッフの対応、おいしいお料理にレベルの高いオールインクルーシブの内容。全てが思い出深く子供達にとってもかけがえのない経験になりました。

I am still talking about this experience 6 months later. This is a lovely, comfortable hotel with a beautiful pool. The staff does a good job taking care of you but the highlight was the interaction with the elephants and their mahouts. Most people come here for a night, ride the elephants and leave. We did every elephant activity they had and it was equally as good as the 5 safari's we've done in Africa! The difference is that you learn about the elephants and their personalities and really get to interact with them. Yes, it's expensive and there are cheaper ways to have a similar experience but if you want a pampering vacation with wonderful animals in a really beautiful setting- this is a fantastic , special place to visit.

Questo è' un vero centro di riabilitazione di elefanti sfruttati , abbandonati e maltrattati . Fanno un lavoro leggerissimo , vengono rispettati ed accuditi con cura . Quello che voi pagate , che vi può sembrare costoso , non è' solo per la camera e per la pensione completa di tutto , vini a scelta inclusi, ma sopratutto per la cura di 22 elefanti con i loro allenatori, che vivono nelle zone vicine al resort con le famiglie

We waited for this experience for 2 years! And it was well worth the wait. We thought this would be a once in a lifetime experience, but after spending 5 nights 1 in the jungle bubble we will definitely be back with our family to share the experience with them as well. Chiang Rai and Chiang seen were also lovely to explore, especially if you are interested in temples and local culture.

We also got an excellent workout because the trainer was extremely good, and the instructor was really expert in Muay Thai kick boxing. The place is also great to walk with elephants.

Our stay was fantastic in every way. The resort employees are incredibly kind and considerate of us. Gino, manager tub, head chef, all the restaurant employees, receptionist, drivers, side car trips, elephant activities, mahouts, and so on. They are warm and kind. We enjoyed all of the activities, including boat rides, hiking tours, sidecars, a spa, walking elephants, and learning to prepare Thai cuisine. The scenery surrounding this large property is spectacular.

I will say thanks again to everyone at Tarantara Resort for this unique experience. Over the Songkran holiday, we stayed for 4 nights and had a fantastic time at his wonderful resort. All of our hopes were exceeded, and we can highly suggest this resort to anyone who loves beautiful scenery, tasty food, great service. And, of course, elephants. The one night stay in a very comfortable jungle bubble close to elephants in such a nice peaceful setting, with an absolutely delicious dinnerbasket included in the price were personal highlights for us from this impeccable overall experience. Walking with giantsactivity, getting ever closer to these magnificent animals and learning a lot about them from our guide, driving in infield side cars no elephants this time. It was just fun driving around by our friendly drivers through chiang seen and nearby rice fields, relaxing at the gorgeous pool with a stunning view, starting our days with a delicious breakfast with lots of healthy options, and fresh fruit juices created for you as you want, and last but not least the genuinely friendly and personalized service by all the staff at Tarantara Resort, making us feel like a member of the family. The staff and stay was fantastic! The elephants seemed a bit bored and it felt like they needed more time spent or less…I’m not sure. For the price the stay and space was exquisite. I’m not sure what to feel about the elephants and the treatment of them.
