The location is excellent, but the receptionist could provide better customer service. If you wish to extend your stay for a few hours (12-5 days, you must pay 1500 thb and after 5 p. M. The total cost of the room is paid. The rooms are large, but the beds are quite firm. The wifi is unstable. The pools are fantastic (the one in between buildings is used). Every 24 hours, you can rent a scooter for 250 thb. Breakfast is very basic, with limited options. Room service prices are very reasonable, i did not use them.

Kami pasti tidak akan memesan hotel ini lagi. Anda mendapatkan kesan bahwa hotel ini hancur. Staf sangat sedikit sehingga kebersihan meninggalkan sesuatu yang diinginkan. Kursi santai di kolam renang berantakan dan bantal yang disiapkan untuk mereka sudah berantakan. Kami tidak dapat menemukan ruang kebugaran. Suara di hotel membutuhkan banyak waktu untuk membiasakan diri dan terkadang seperti diskotik.

Sarapan bukanlah hal yang perlu ditulis di rumah. Kamar dibersihkan dengan baik. Praktis tidak ada area, salah satu kolam di antara gedung sangat dingin, kursi berjemur di dekat kolam kedua sudah tua dan jumlahnya sangat sedikit.

Recommended. I booked a room with direct access to the pool and didnt regret paying a little more. Its great to wake up and refresh yourself with a morning swim. The facilities were cleaned regularly, so no unpleasant surprises.

This place is highly recommended. Excellent hotel in thailand close to patong beach. The beach and neighboring markets are easily accessible on foot. We were upgraded to a king room by the pool. Our stay was enjoyable. Excellent service and immaculate accommodations. The breakfast was also excellent.

Lokasinya bagus, dekat dengan pantai, pertokoan dan restoran murah dan enak, pelayanannya lumayan. Namun, kekurangannya adalah desain bangunannya sendiri, akustiknya sangat buruk! Anda dapat mendengar semua suara, jendela semua kamar menghadap ke kolam renang, Anda dapat mendengar orang berbicara di balkon terjauh, belum lagi "sangat kasar". Pada bulan November 2019, kami menginap di hotel ini. Lokasinya sangat bagus, Laut berjarak 5- 7 menit berjalan kaki. Pusat Perbelanjaan Jangceylon terletak di dekatnya. Saya menyukai pelayanan hotel, stafnya ramah. Kamar dibersihkan setiap hari. Hotel ini membutuhkan beberapa perbaikan dalam produk kecantikan.

The hotel front desk is helpful, but the breakfast staff is not really. The lady is seen as a boss or incharge. When asked for a half boil egg (super easy just put in hot water for a few minutes) was rejected by her, she asked the room number in a boss style attitude but when you see someone familiar she treats them differently including bringing bananas out to the old man. For breakfast, i think i can cook better than the thai chef. Damn shameful on that. Cant even cook a simple fried noodle. We were there for two nights. Breakfast can only be made with the standard egg, bread, sausage, ham, salad, cereal and fruit. There are 2 swimming pools. The water in the childrens pool is salty. The large infinity pool is good. The room is fine, but the lift in tower B has a door closing problem. The hotel cleaning staff is also good.

This place has an amazing value, and the staff is incredibly kind! Although the front entrance doesnt appear to be particularly impressive, the rooms are impeccably clean and exceptionally pleasant. Additionally, we encountered a problem with our room key, which was a physical key rather than a card, and the staff promptly resolved our issue. Despite this minor inconvenience, we were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service provided.

Sebelum pindah ke studio, saya membaca banyak ulasan negatif sebelum pindah ke studio. Saya bersiap untuk kemungkinan terburuk. Tapi tidak apa-apa! Ya, hotel ini layak mendapat bintang tiga, kamar mandinya sangat aneh, tidak ada sekat shower dan ketika dicuci, seluruh lantainya tergenang air. Kebersihannya bersih, sarapannya biasa saja. Secara keseluruhan, saya belum melihat sesuatu yang sangat negatif!

The best service of the staff was very much appreciated. The hotel stay was very comfortable with all amenities. Free wifi was enjoyable. Delicious free breakfast was delicious. The main attraction was the beautiful swimming pool for both adults and children separately. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. We loved staying there, closer to patong beach. I highly recommend everyone to have a great experience staying at the hotel.

According to previous comments, some demerits are true. The water flow in the shower is slow and should have a curtain. However, at this price, this grading is satisfactory. The quality of the pool is excellent! I love the pool not just for swimming, but i was quite satisfied when i looked at it from my rooms balcony. Overall, hygiene is good. The restaurant is the most outstanding. The chef cooked with their hearts. The breakfast buffet options are limited, but many items are suitable for eating. My favorite is the baked vegetables and steamed sausages. Im enjoying my stay. Well done! Continue!.
