I had a very clean room! Staff are helpful and nice. Basic amenities but all that you'll need. You can wash and dry clothes as they have a washer and dryer. About a 20 min walk to Terminal 21 mall and train station. Lots of choices of food near by. Highly recommend!

難しかったこと ■シャワー操作と湯の温度調整・シャワーは水量調整ノブを回して、3個あるボタンのいずれかを押すと水がでます。（足元にあるカランは水の元栓なので触らないこと。洗面台やトイレの水も出ない場合はこれが閉まってるかも。）・シャワーの温度は、寝室にある洗面台のカランで調整します。高級ホテルみたいなカッコいいシャワーがついています。操作が分からなければ触らずにまず受付またはGOOGLE等に尋ねてください。私は適当に操作した結果、部屋の水元栓をカランと勘違いしてひねって部屋の水が全て止まりました。（夜中に焦って受付に尋ねに行きました🙏ごめんなさい🙏） ■駅遠い、夜怖い駅から少し遠く、車通りのある道は歩道が無いので、荷物が多い場合はタクシーが良いです。昼間は小路にも商店がたくさん出ていて、人通りも多いです。夜でも外には人やバイクなどが居ますが、少し怖い感じです。宿にローソン（深夜は閉まります）が隣接しているので良かったです。

The staff is very friendly and welcoming! The rooms are very clean and a good size, with good facilities. The location is very good and in a nice area, there is also a 7/11 very close by! I had a very nice stay here for 2 nights!.

My stay at the arawana express sukhumvit 22 in bangkok was fantastic. The room was spotless and wellstocked with everything i needed for a comfortable stay. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was as pleasant as possible. They were attentive and always happy to help, making sure every detail was taken care of with a smile. Despite a temporary issue with the elevator, the staff quickly sent someone to help with carrying our bags upstairs, which i really appreciated. Its clear that they are committed to providing excellent service, and their dedication truly made my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and wellserviced place to stay in thailand.

This is the best place ive ever lived in bangkok. Its clean, light and the location is great. The furniture looks new. They also have daily cleaning and water refill which is very good.

This place offers outstanding value for the money! It is newly constructed, immaculate, and wellmaintained in the center. I hadnt noticed that even the nicer hotels ive stayed in had buttons for various shower modes in the bathroom. For better soundproofing, double walled glasses would be ideal, and regular elevators would have made for a perfect stay at such a reasonable price! You might have to wait a while to check in late at night, as i did. The hotel is not staffed around the clock, so you might have to wait a while to check in at late hours, as i did.
