The condo is nice from the outside. The location is also perfect. However, the rooms are too small. One bedroom same size studio in a standard condo. Someone is okay, someone is not satisfied with the area.

Parkiran sangat jauh. Pengemudi harus berjalan sendiri, jauh, ada tempat parkir di bawah tetapi tidak mengizinkan sepeda motor untuk parkir. Penghuni apartemen masih terlalu malas untuk keluar. Manajemen yang buruk.

I will definitely return. My experience is all good, the condominium is well run, and there is plenty of underground parking. The staff at the juristic persons office are pleasant and helpful. Only 40 baht for a motorbike taxi into the city center using the bolt app, or walk about 200 m up to Thappraya road and hop in a bus for 10 baht. Nice place to stay.

Bukan kondominium yang buruk. Lokasinya bagus, kolam renangnya bagus, gymnya sudah tua tapi banyak yang bisa dilakukan. Kekurangan utama adalah apartemen yang sangat kecil. Kami berdua sempit dan tidak bisa berbalik. Apresiasi yang sangat buruk. Dan AC-nya berdengung keras, sulit untuk tidur.

Petugas keamanan sering menggedor pintu dan mengatakan ada asap rokok di dalam ruangan. Mungkin hanya detektor asap yang perlu diganti atau diatur dengan benar. Lebih menyebalkan daripada bersantai. Bagi kami, perbandingan antara harga dan kualitas sudah optimal. Kolam renangnya sangat bagus, cocok untuk segala usia dan waktu. Pada malam hari, pencahayaan yang indah untuk berenang, sebagian besar kolam renang di kondominium membeku setelah matahari terbenam, hal ini tidak terjadi di sini. Fasilitas kebugaran berkualitas tinggi, jacuzzi, dan ruang uap berada di dekatnya. Lokasinya bagus, jika tidak 100% malas, 5 menit berjalan kaki ke jalan utama dengan tuk-tuk, meskipun kita banyak berjalan kaki dari sini.

Saya menginap mendapatkan kamar yang AC nya tidak berfungsi dengan baik, kemudian pintu kamarnya yang agak jauh, lalu untuk AC nya juga tidak berfungsi dengan baik, setelah itu untuk pintu masuknya perlu di perbaiki karena sudah usang, setelah itu untuk pintu kamarnya perlu di perbaiki karena banyak noda hitamnya, setelah itu untuk pintu masuknya perlu di perbaiki lagi agar hrsnya bagus.
