I was the only visitor since the hostel had just reopened following its closure for covid. The dorm room was cozy, with a goodsized bed and curtains. My coach even picked me up from the lovely hosts!.4.8/514 Sep 2023

The accommodation is conveniently located 6 minutes by feed from the main station, offering comfortable and clean rooms. We particularly enjoyed our oneroom suite with a private bathroom. However, it is worth noting that renting motocyclists for 300 baht is not inexpensive. During our trip to the national park, we were given tips and guiding instructions by the owner and the family, who were both incredibly kind and accommodating. While there arent many bars or restaurants in pak chong, the nearby night market is ideally located and is very close to this hostel at 8.30 pm. There were two drawbacks to note. 1. In our opinion, they shouldnt refer to breakfast as such because it only provides hot water for tea or coffee and some cornflakes with milk. 2. The bedroom fridge is far too noisy.4.6/56 Sep 2024

In the month of november 2017, i stayed here. Cho and his family were lovely. When he arrived in pak chong without doing any research, cho was really kind and relaxed. It was wonderful that ive hired a scooter to go to the nature reserve. The hostel is close to taverns night market. I had genuinely enjoyed my stay here!.4.6/515 Aug 2024

This hostel is excellent. The owner was very helpful in planning my trip and offered many alternatives when the halfday tour was unable to be completed due to low season. Although the hostel has a small size, it is tidy. Breakfast is provided and is simple but delicious (coffee, tea, milk, toast with jam or butter and cornflakes). The location is quite close to the night market, but far from the national park.4.6/56 Feb 2024

This place was fantastic. Nice is a wonderful host and owner. She will give you detailed information about the things you can look forward to in pak chong and Khao yai in terms of location, in the form of maps and conversations. Her husband, Cho, is also very kind and accommodating. Other wellknown restaurants are close by. I have only stayed in solitary double rooms with shared bathrooms. It is spotless and has all the amenities you could need. And it is more than adequate. For four days, i hired ebikes from them. There is no issue whatsoever, the tires are good, and petrol and gas are reasonably priced in both places like khao jai and paky hong, so if you have moto license and experience riding it, we recommend renting scooters to explore these two areas. All in all, five stars.4.4/519 Aug 2024

This place is ideal for families, situated in the heart of town, directly across the street from the night markets. It also serves as a fantastic base for excursions to the nearby kao yai national park. Nice is incredibly helpful and kind, making for amiable hosts. I had the pleasure of staying there for several nights.4.4/527 Feb 2024

The owner is very kind and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the showers were good. Breakfast choice between corn flakes and toast with delicious jam. Scooters are a bit expensive at 300 baht per day, especially when compared to other parts of Thailand where bad scooters often go for 100 tht and good ones for 200 ht. However, i dont know how much they cost in other places in pak chong. But the scooter was good and considering he was using it all day in the national park instead of just going from the hostel to town like other locations, so mr. Also, the owner took about 30 minutes to explain everything about the khao yai national parks and was very helpful as if utmost satisfaction with my stay! Unfortunably, there werent any other guests here which is usually minus for me because ive love social places but to relax before and after 2 hard days in this nationalpark, it was actually nice to have naysayers. I think this is only the case during low season. Ps also recommends an amazing massage place.4.4/526 Dec 2023

I highly recommend renting a motorbike, it can travel up to 110 km per hour, and the gasolin is inexpensive (30 minutes from the park entrance). Coming straight out of bangkok, at home hostel was exactly what i needed. My host, nice, was essentially renamed he was an actual gold mine who planned my entire trip without bringing utmost guidance to the national park.4.4/56 May 2023

The owner, nice, was incredibly kind and sincere. A plus was the complimentary breakfast. The area is peaceful, the rooms and bathrooms are spotless, and there is a lovely balcony to relax on. I highly recommend visiting kho yai national park while you are there. This was my favorite experience during my three months here. Many thanks for ensuring u have gotten tainted!.4.4/518 Jan 2023

This hostel is highly recommended! Very welcoming, spotless, wellequipped, and makes you feel at home! The hostel boasts a convenient location, just stepping stones from the market across the street. If you wish to rent oho scooters for 300 baht per day and embark on an adventure in kao yai, its only ten minutes walk away from onsite scooter shops.4.2/519 May 2023

I would highly recommend this hostel if you are looking for a cheap and clean hostel. The staff were very friendly, they helped me get to the right tour, organized everything for me, checked the bus back to Bangkok, and did almost everything else for myself. Also, the free breakfast in the early morning was very nice.4.2/515 Apr 2023
