We had such a wonderful experience at the Niman Conceptual Home. The staff were super friendly and helpful at all times. I can also tell you how amazing the breakfast was, if you opt for it. The Thai and Western breakfasts are done so well and they the portions are grand. They’ll get you on your way for your morning journey to whatever you have planned. They even made a takeout exception for us as we had a tour pick up at 8 am. Such wonderful staff, really! Niman area is the best, super walkable with tons of shopping and dining options! Would definitely recommend and stay again! Thank you everyone!

The environment is small but beautiful. The most important thing is that it is very close to ningman road, but very quiet. There is a bar downstairs, but there is almost no sound after 12 pm. The only problem is that the ac leaks. I almost soaked my passport.

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for something a bit upscale but cozy, interesting, yet still completely affordable. This is one of the coolest hotels ive ever stayed at, very unique bohemian style. Everything in this place is a work of art, swimming pool, staircase, furniture, pillows even. It felt like staying in a museum of beautiful artifacts. I actually feel like staying in this hotel was one of the cooler things we did in Chiang mai, i enjoyed just looking around. Hats off to the person who did the interior design of this place. Also, the room was large, clean, and had a beautiful balcony.

A fantastic boutique hotel in nimman that is also very practical. People want to live again because of Southeast Asias composite style elements. Everything inside is exquisite, and it feels constrained but wonderful. Very haunting.

Saya sedikit tidak berguna. Insulasi suara tidak terlalu bagus. Ada bar live berikutnya yang akan sedikit bising. Tidak akan sepi sampai larut malam. Nilai CP sangat tinggi dan kamarnya besar.

Hotel ini sangat eksotis dan sangat cantik. Wonnimman dan Maya Mall berjarak berjalan kaki. Ada banyak restoran di sekitar. Namun, saya tidak dapat melihat tanda hotel jadi saya mencarinya. Saya tersesat untuk sementara waktu. Hotel dan counternya berada di lantai 2, bukan di lantai Ada sebuah bar di lantai pertama.

After staying with you for a week, we must say that we had the best experience ever! The hotel is lovely, very well designed, with very interesting architecture and oneofakind artwork everywhere you look. Breakfast is excellent, and every morning was a culinary experience that lasted till the day after. The place is always clean, and the unlimited free coffee and tea area is a very nice touch. The kids loved the pool, and we enjoyed the garden as a relaxing area after all our touring and exploring of the beautiful Chiang mai area. Above all, though, is the staff, who will go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and more than at home. Everyone was so kind and helpful. The hotel service is truly amazing! There is no doubt about it. We will be back.

We spent almost a week there because we adore this location. The location is close to the nimman, with numerous restaurants and bars nearby. The setting is cozy and peaceful. The staff is incredibly helpful and kind! The caravan bar serves excellent cocktails. Strongly advised.

The location is close to nimmanhaemin, and it is the best place to use doi step and various packages. This is the place to stay when visiting the temples and enjoying the Loi krathong festival with Canadian friends. The breakfast is also quite good.
