Visiting for a summer khao chae experience. 380 baht with free refills herbal drink. Full grain rice soaks in refreshing jasmineinfused iced water to be taken with various sweet and savory condiments. Usually available during summer, but this restaurant serves all year round. For other main dishes, they also serve real delicious rice noodle / crispy roti with fish ball in green curry. The owner and staff were very friendly and attentive to customer service. The whole experience was very enjoyable and memorizing. It is best not to drive here because of the narrow street and limited parking spaces. It is advisable to park at the temple next to this place. Reservations are strongly advised.

The hotel is lovely, and the staff is incredibly welcoming and caring! We stayed in a room with a common bathroom, and both the room and the bathroom were immaculate. The house is incredibly ancient, historic, and stunning! There are no options because breakfast is served to you at the table and is traditional thai. I would advise you to let them know in advance if you have any dietary requirements. The cuisine was excellent and very authentic. The grand palace, numerous temples, and interesting locations are all within walking distance, making this a fantastic place for sightseeing! To get to this hotel, you must walk down an alley, but it feels very safe and secure. If you come home late at night, i would advise bringing a small torch or light. Enjoy your time and dont miss out on this wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful time at baan kachitpan - the location is peaceful and close to the action, but down a quiet side street. The hosts were lovely, the air conditioning worked well, and the breakfast was excellent. Although the beds were a little firm, we had excellent sleep. Many thanks to the bk team.

I had a great time at baan kachitpan. The owner was happy to accommodate people with food allergies and special diets. She even told us about places you could only go on weekends and places you could shop. It was great to have a local who knew the ins and outs of the neighborhood and had lots of advice and stories to give.

Kami menginap di hotel lucu ini selama tiga malam. Kami menerima sambutan yang sangat hangat. Semuanya sangat santai dan informal. Kamarnya besar dan semuanya sangat bersih. Bahkan kamar mandi dan toilet bersama pun tidak masalah. Selalu bersih. Sarapannya juga sangat enak. Bagi kami itu layak mendapatkan lebih dari satu bintang. Kami dengan senang hati merekomendasikan hotel ini. Eh, sesuatu yang kecil di akhir. Hotel ini sangat sentral tetapi tidak mudah ditemukan karena berada di pinggir jalan.

We had a wonderful two weeks at bann kachitpan. The hotel feels like home in bangkok. There are kitties hanging around which i love so much, they reminded me of my cat at home. The host, ms. Jam, is very hospitable and the whole family treated us like their own family. I love the food here and the environment. The hotel provides breakfast and laundry service. But please give tips as a warm thank you.

Hari ini cuaca panas. Mencari nasi untuk mendinginkan. Di Baan Khajitpan Ayo makan dan jadilah terkesan. Anak-anak memberikan layanan yang mengesankan. Sangat puas Mulailah dengan jus pandan yang sejuk dan harum. Kemudian semangka dan ikan kering. Ikan kering berbau harum. Beralih ke daging ikan, lanjut dengan lumpia goreng dan membentuk usus ikan. Hanya camilan sebelum Khao Chae. Saya hampir kenyang. Sekarang giliran Khao Chae. Terdiri dari lobak goreng manis, bola-bola terasi, suwiran daging babi, isian paprika (saya suka potong-potong. Mudah) dan ikan manis. Nasi wanginya sejuk dan menyegarkan. Nasi dalam kondisi bagus. Singkatnya enak dan menyegarkan. Hari ini diakhiri dengan ketan mangga. Penuh dan enak. Catatan: Ada tempat parkir untuk 2 mobil. Namun, gangnya cukup sempit. Jika Anda tidak ingin terlalu bersemangat mengemudi, carilah tempat parkir di Jalan Dinso lalu masuk. Nyaman.

The host was very accommodating and even prepared me a special vegetarian breakfast which was delicious. The room was quaint and nice and had a strong air conditioner. The bathroom was shared, but it didnt bother me because we were given robes and slippers and well maintained. Beautiful hotel. Very comfortable.

Baan Kachitpan was a fantastic stay. Jam and her family were incredibly lovely, and their breakfast was the best we had in Thailand. We could walk along the canal each night to get home, which was romantic, which makes sense because the hotel tells the tale of a pair who fell in love in the building. Thank you very much.

This place is a true gem, situated in the heart of bangkok and yet very peaceful due to the hutongstyle side streets it occupies. The wooden house is charming, as is the owner and staff at baan kachitpan. Breakfast is delicious and delicious and included in the price of one stay. If you are looking for a unique experience, consider staying at baan kachitpan if you are looking for a unique experience - you wont regret it.
