Airport transfer is available with a fixed price of THB 1500 and requires at least 24 hours notice and payment confirmation. Please contact the property directly to arrange transport.
Children 6 - 11 years old will be charged THB 350 for breakfast per day.
Children under 5 years old will receive breakfast free of charge.
For guests with children, please note that the second child sharing the same room with parents is required to book an extra bed.
Guests staying in the Deluxe Garden View and Deluxe Beach Front are no longer able to request an extra bed for an extra person in the room. The two room types accommodate only 2 adults maximum.

There is only one exception: one child under 12 years old stays for free if sharing existing bed with parents (breakfast not included).
Maximum 1 children under 12 years old stay for free if using existing bedding.
There is no hotel staff at the playground.
This property has the visitor policy.

Any visitor is to be charged THB 1,000 per person.

The major structural renovation of hotel's main swimming pool and pool deck is scheduled from August 1 – October 31, 2026. Due to the size and placement, the renovation will affect the surrounding buildings and guest areas throughout the property. Approximately 80% of all room categories will experience disruption during this period.
The property will never request guests to transfer money to a personal bank account, Wise, or PayPal. Any payment due to the property must be paid directly at the property upon check-in. When in doubt, please verify the payment request with the property before making any payment.
