入住過沒多久發現房間的衣櫃有蟑螂，以及地板上也有. 房間稍有濕氣，但我想應該是當天天氣的關係. 半夜肚子餓想泡泡麵來吃，發現房間裏面沒熱水，我們到大廳詢問哪裡有熱水，工作人員人很好的提供熱水. 退房時，工作人員出示照片指出房間垃圾桶裏面的7-eleven塑膠袋內有煙蒂，但我們解釋是昨天在外面(停車塲的吸菸區、BIG C、觀光夜市)有抽菸。由於本人抽菸時，發現附近沒有垃圾桶會將煙蒂收集起來放進包包內，不會隨意丟在地上，所以回飯店時，將煙蒂丟進房間內垃圾桶，難道不希望路上有煙蒂，帶回飯店丟錯了嗎？(並且我還額外用塑膠袋包起來，也是不希望房內會有味道) 另外房東人最後還是選擇相信，並沒有收取額外違規費用。

I was made to feel very welcome on arrival and was given an upgrade on my room. The hotel is very clean and the room very spacious, the location is very good with lots of places to eat and the Paseo and Robinson's mall close by. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend Baan Mae !

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The staff was all very welcoming and friendly. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable to me, but it is a bit noisy at this location because it is right next to a busy street. However, it is close to many food options and shopping. You should expect some noise in a busy part of town. I had earplugs so it wasnt a big deal. The mall next door has some nice street food options as well as some restaurants. I also had a delicious breakfast at kitchen baanmae, which is attached to the hotel. I also appreciated that you have to have your key card to enter the building. This was a nice level of security that i didnt expect. The only thing that caught me off guard was the 1000 thb cash deposit required. If you dont cause damage, it will be returned at checkout. It was just that it was almost all the money i had left, as it was my last night in thai before flying home. I booked through booking. No complaints, but the staff was great, the hotel was in good condition, and it was in a very good location, close to the airport. Thank you all for your kindness and prompt response to my questions. You were great! Blessings!.

Lokasi sangat bagus, tepat di sebelah jalan utama, dekat dengan pusat perbelanjaan dan Bandara Suvarnabhumi. Namun, mungkin ada kebisingan. Kamar baru yang indah, bersih, dan tidurnya nyaman. Datanglah ke bandara dan menginap di sini setiap saat.

This place is perfect for a quick stay near the airport and lots of places to grab a bite. There is a McDonalds nearby for all your western breakfast needs, and the hotel also has a restaurant serving american and Thai food. If you choose, your order will be delivered to your room or you can eat in the restaurant closed on a weekday. Everything is very clean. It has all the basic needs for a comfortable stay. The air conditioning works great and almost all rooms have balconies. Dont hesitate to stay here, the staff is great and the building is modern.

Saya pergi untuk pertama kalinya dan tidak terkesan sejak awal. Tangga menuju tempat parkir tidak diperbolehkan. Tapi dia tidak menulis tanda. Saat saya naik, saya hanya mengeluh dan bingung. Kamarnya tidak kedap suara sama sekali. Suara dari luar sangat keras. Pintu masuk dan keluar tidak jelas. Lalu datang dan menegur pelanggan tersebut. 3 Pegawai wanita pelayanannya jelek, mukanya cemberut, suaranya tinggi, kesal dengan yang lain. Awal digunakan Juli 2023. Terlambat diulas karena lupa.

The hotel is in a great location, next to the main road, close to shopping malls and markets, 2 minutes walk to paseo mall, 5 minutes walk to robert, and 1 minute walk to the bus stop. Only 3 minutes by taxi to airport link and 5-10 minutes to bkk airport. The room is spacious, new, clean and facilitated. Parking is available in the basement. Its better than i expected, but the bed is a bit hard for me. The staff is also very helpful and friendly. If you want to spend time before your flight or escape from downtown bangkok, this place is perfect! It is very convenient and worth the money to stay here.
