The hotel boasts a prime location, offering affordable and comfortable accommodations that are albeit tinier than expected. However, its worth noting that the rooms are somewhat compact but pleasant. It is important to note that there may be leaks in the air conditioning, so place your belongings or electronics elsewhere. A minifridge and two complimentary bottles of water are provided. Despite being located on comparatively quiet street, restaurants, massage parlors, shopping malls nearby, convenience stores, pharmacies within walking distance, pubs and the asok bts plus and mrt services are all conveniently close by.

The house itself is lovely, and i wholeheartedly recommend it. The rooms are a little older than they appear in the photographs, which ive liked. However, this is truly the only negative aspect, to be honest. There are balconies in each room, something ill like about them. I can say that this place is quite pleasant.

Its in a street. The staff is okay. It was difficult to find for the first time. Comfortable, tidy, and cozy. Close to sukhumvit but away from the busy streets. I like that the rooms have balconies. Recommended for short stays and unquestionably good value.

If you are looking for a quiet stay, look no further. I had genuinely enjoyed my stay here and will be back soon. The hotel is almost close to major areas such as sukhumvit road, so unless someone has been here before, you might get lost finding it. My grab driver also had some trouble locating it, but when you ask locals, they will assist you. Although the hotel was spotless, i didnt encounter any issues with anything at all, except for the weak wifi connections in the room. Apart from that, there are no more places to stay if youre seeking peace and quiet.

This is a small boutique hotel that is quite out of the ordinary. Nothing extravagant. However, it is tidy and reasonably priced at 1350 baht. The mattress is comfortable. Particularly nice was the front desk staff. Say hello to the cats that are roaming the lobby!.
