Spacious room, quiet location, quick access to the pool, and a relaxing atmosphere with very hospitable owners. Helped us find a place to rent a scooter, when all of their scooters were rented.

We stayed at the Boondaree for a total of 7 nights and then ended up extending our stay as we loved it so much. The staff are lovely nothing is too much bother, they helped us book trips and transport and gave us some great advise about where to visit in Thailand. The room is fab great aircon very clean and a good size bathroom with shampoo and shower gel. The staff even let us keep our bags with them while we went to visit the islands for a week. We will definitely return it's BRILLIANT!!!

If you want a quiet hotel with a pool and great wifi this is for you. About 20 min walk from beach of 5-10 bike ride. Extremely helpful hosts who go above and beyond to make sure you get where you need to go. Can't say enough about them

This was the BEST hotel we stopped in out of 8 hotels in Thailand all around the same price. The couple who run it are lovely and are more than happy to help you with anything you need. Breakfast isn't included but is really tasty and cheap so I recommend it as a good start to the day. It's a little far from the beech but it's easy to get a tuk tuk. I can see this place becoming so popular that it's difficult to get a room so book while you can. Thanks Boondaree!

There are so many great things about this hotel, I find it hard to capture it all in this review! When I first read the other great reviews, I was skeptical, but from the moment we arrived, this place deserves the 5* ratings. Not only are the couple who run the place highly responsive to emails, they are accommodating, flexible, and always warm, friendly, helpful, and greet you as if you were a old friend they have not seen for a long time. Their attention to details was excellent, and they are always available to make your stay extra welcome and special. The hotel itself is quaint and cosy, like a boutique, which has a sense of calmness and serenity that made us feel at home. It is very safe, and conveniently located. Will definitely return.

I was traveling alone and staying one night in Karon beach before flying back to Singapore. The hotel is so cozy and well decorated inside but the owners are absolutely wonderful AND they have the cutest little puppy. They made feel at home and even sent me off the way Chinese families do where they stand and wave to you until you're out of sight. I hope people treat them & reciprocate the same heart-warming respect and graciousness back - you guys are amazing! I'd def go back.

Kjempe happy med hotellet,gang avstand til stranden. Men manglet fortau på visse steder,pluss at det kunne være vanskelig og krysse veien på dagtid. Men trolig de hyggeligste to menneskene jeg har møtt i Thailand som jobbet i resepsjonen fra morgen til kveld,snakket perfekt engelsk og hjalp til med alt. Hadde tannlege time på ett av to sykehus men vi viste ikke hvilket,det fiksa de for oss med en gang pluss sjåfør. Et lite,men koselig basseng var det også der. Rett nedenfor lå det en motorsykkel klubb som hadde live musikk og servering hver kveld. Gratis grill mat fikk vi også en kveld. Tenker kanskje skumle MC folk,men det er så langt unna du kan komme,var innom hver kveld for en prat,drikke og live musikk. Dette hotellet bor jeg gledelig på igjen,får veldig mye for pengene her.

We had an amazingtime at the Boondaree home resort. Minnie & T could not have been more helpful and accommodating to us during our stay. The walk to the beach is about 15 - 20 minutes so bare that in mind. But its worth it at night when you want to relax and have some time away from it all. The rooms are big and spacious and the pool is great to come back to after a day at the beach, there are two 7-11's within 5 minutes walking distance. We would return if we stayed in phuket again.

This is a very well run guesthouse by a friendly couple. The rooms are clean, beds are traditional Thai hard but still comfortable, bathroom well maintained and clean, TV , fridge and bench. We stayed in the 2 floor area overlooking the pool and the rooms that run 1 level along the back look nice. There is a common area by the small pool which a good place to relax. We arranged a motorbike but if you like a walk then kata beach area is relatively close ..maybe 25-30 min walk. It's on a busy road but noise was ok...the owners will suggest koi restaurant which is a great choice for cheap eats. We would stay again.

Stayed here for 4 nights and it's a wonderful place. The hotel itself is small and boutique-y, really really pretty. For what we paid I was really really pleased with the rooms - lovely clean room with a nice comfy bed and great air conditioning. Bathroom is great and just as described. The rooms and whole place is exceptionally clean, rooms cleaned every day. The best thing about this place however is the owners - Winnie and her husband are just lovely! Categorically 2 of the nicest people we met on our holiday - so helpful, literally nothing was too much trouble for them to help us with. They both speak fantastic English as well which was really helpful (the best we''ve encountered in our travels in Asia) -which really helped, particularly when we had a slight medical emergency. I'd strongly recommend this place to anyone considering playing in Phuket - even though it's not on the beach it's nice to be a bit away from the action (10 minute walk-ish from the beach) and they rent really great value bikes out which we took advantage of for our stay. Thanks guys for a great stay and hope to visit you again if we are back in Phuket!

We really enjoyed our stay here. We have been backpacking for 2 months, and after seeing many hostels in Australia and New Zealand, this was a nice change of pace. The staff are absolutely lovely and will help you in every way they can. Whenever we left in a taxi or on a tour, the lady working there (Win) would see us off and make sure we got in the car/van okay - very sweet. It's a small hotel, so it's very quiet (not a party place). There is a dipping pool you can relax in after returning from the beach, which is a nice touch. The breakfast that is included in your stay is toast with butter and jam, and coffee or juice. Basic but nice. The hotel is a good 20-25 minute walk to Kata beach, but given the value we got from this hotel we didn't mind the walk one bit!
