This place is unquestionably the best value for your money! If you are picky, you can say that the roosters crowing can be heard hardly ever in the morning, but we enjoyed it. The room is clean, the television works, and the area has a swimming pool. Its cozy and cozy!.4.6/52 Nov 2023

We stayed at cascades from 12th-15th June and it was pleasant. Finding this place was difficult because it is in a corner (though we used gps). During the monsoons just outside the hotel the location gets mucky with no street lights. The hotel does not look that big as it appears online. However, checkin was smooth, the rooms were fine with tasty kitchen and bathroom(typical 3 star property). Their lunch and dinner options were delicious and service. Breakfast options are limited to eggs, bacon or ham or sausage, toast, butter or jam, packaged juice and cappuccinos id recommend expanding your breakfast options. They also offer bike rentals for 250 baht off season rates with zero deposit required. To visit restaurants, grocery stores, and rawai beach, you need bike as its taken us 5 minutes to get there. There are sightseeing places nearby. Overall the motel was good overall.4.6/52 Sep 2023

This place is a great choice for lodging. Its spacious and immaculate. The proprietor and his staff are incredibly kind and accommodating. There, you can rent bikes for 250 baht without obtaining boarding passes. Additionally accessible are the bar, restaurant, and pool. However, it can be challenging to fall asleep at times because the air conditioning is so noisy even in silent mode. Because the doors are not very tight, there may be mosquitoes in your room occasionally.4.6/517 Aug 2023

The rooms were lovely and recently renovated. The garden was lovely, with large mature trees. Rawai beach, which has many restaurants, bars, and coffee shops, was only a 5minute walk away from the location. It might be difficult to get into the deep pool if you have children.4.6/57 Jun 2023

We had a great time here. We initially intended to stay for three nights, but we quickly extended our stay. This isnt the place to go if youre searching for supper. A short 6minute stroll will take you to the main area. It is smaller and has fewer rooms than this resort, which has about 15 rooms and feels very homey. Our room was spacious and had plenty of space for our bags. Has pretty much hardly idly minus kilo stove. You can literally go swimming at any time in the lovely pool area where you can actually go diving. The air conditioning worked too well, read remark before saying their air conditioner didnt function. That wasnt true for us. There is laundry on site. Staff are very helpful, and you may rent motocycles onsite. They assisted us in scheduling our ride and ferry to kyoh phi. So far this was our favorite location in thailand. Strongly advised! Theres an envelope in each room that contains treats and beer. Of course, you must pay, however, it is nice unless you dont want to leave the room! Ive already missed this location.4.6/58 May 2023

I want to start by mentioning that the owner, terry, was fantastic and all his stays were very helpful and accommodating. Start with the rooms. There are 15 available rooms that all wrap around the pool. This resort is only about three years old, so there is no bad section. The rooms are very spacious and have a firm but comfortable bed. They included sat area, lockable safe, good size fridge with drinks and snacks for purchase at recompense, excellent size c unit and bathroom with hot water on demand for nice cozy showers. Outside theres tastier lounge area with lots of seating, including i bar at the end of the swimming pool where you can order all types of drinks/ if you want. In the morning there comes lite jazz playing followed by more uptempo music as the day progresses in the afternoon. You can really appreciate this location because there are several other restaurants nearby within ten to fifteen minutes walk or two minute bike ride. Speech which you may rent motorbikes from here for 250 baht and the good thing is you dont have to surrender your passport. For style, comfort, and of course, financial, this resort truly is the best place in rawai beach area.4.6/523 Mar 2023

I usually stay in hotels and resorts for about three months a year and spend an average of 1000 baht per night. Cascades resort is 35% less, but it matches or exceeds the quality and experience of most other places. The owner takes great care of his property and himself, and we as visitors get to benefit from that. From the moment you arrive at cascades, you can feel that every muscle in your body starts to relax. Terry and his dog, jack, welcomed us with open arms and were then given a refreshing fruit juice and an ice cold wipe to cool down. This location exudes style, charm, and atmosphere. You might mistakenly assume youve arrived in palm springs rather than Phuket. Think midcentury modern meets thai minimalism. The setting is stunning. All of the rooms are singlestory and set around the pool, which is surrounded by sun loungers. At one end of it, the bar area offers dozens of alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages, all played to opulent music from jazz and bossanova playing softly in the background. Rooms are spacious, clean, modern, comfortable. Our room had incredibly large bed! The lush, green gardens are beautifully landscaped and full of exotic flowers. In the evening, there are twinkling lights adorning the trees and bar. Terry is the epitome of perfection, making you feel as though you are the only guest staying there and doing nothing wrong. This place is a wonderful and relaxing place to stay. Nothing is too much trouble for Terry and his excellent staff. It is an adorable, welcoming resort with great amenities that makes you feel like if you are bringing your family. We left as friends and came as strangers. The rooms are of incredibly large size, immaculately clean, and wellmaintained. Our room with vista of the pool was fortunate to have stayed at the resort itself, which is situated in tucked away in one side of it. Under dazzling fairy lights at night, everything sparkles under the spotlight. One side from the swimming pool, tables and chairs are set out along one edge, creating ambiance for supper. At one end of this pool lies the bar area, where the main attraction is located. You can meet all the other visitors, make new acquaintances, socialize, or meet everyone else because of its size. I would heartily suggest the thai menu, although the european menu is offered. Although it takes some time for the food to arrive, it is because everything is prepared to order and you can be sure of their freshness. There is still time to prepare another cocktail while you wait. All the staff members are extremely cordial and attentive. To make sure your stay is ideal, they all work together asPopular Facilities
