Everything is fine, except for the person reading this review who hasnt stayed at this castle black before. The owner is friendly, the room is comfortable, the bed is nice, the hygienic is good, and they provide free free meals.

I want to thank the hotels owners for the best service we have received in Thailand. Amazing hostel in bangkok. The service from the hostel owners is the best you can get in Thailand. My girlfriend and i were in a bus accident on our way back from kh phangan to bangkok. The bus collapsed to its left side after a blowout. It was a really bad experience, and the bus company gave us poor service. When we arrived at castle black Bangkok, the owners arranged everything. The woman took us to the nearest hospital, and in the evening she even brought us food to our room. The service is really next level, it is fantastic! In addition to the wonderful owners and excellent service, the room was clean, the bed was amazing, and we loved the shower. We had a private room. Overall, there is really nothing to complain about. The location is also perfect for traveling from or to the airport.

Castle black was a delightful place to stay. The space has recently undergone renovations. The prices were fair, and the rooms were clean and quiet. It was conveniently located just a short distance from the airport, just a few blocks away from the link train. The staff members were exceptionally helpful and polite, creating a welcoming family atmosphere. I will definitely return in the future.

The host was very friendly and the room was newly furnished with clean linens and towels, air conditioning, coffee maker, etc. The place is well maintained and apart from a few mosquitoes, there were no cockroaches during our stay. The laundry was easy to use and also had a new machine. Within 10 minutes walking distance to bts victory monument station and many local thai restaurants with reasonable price points on the way. It was really fun! I recommend this hotel.

We highly recommend this place! This place was fantastic! Three of us stayed here. My wife and i stayed in a king bed room, my niece in a dorm room. So there are rooms for all budgets. Hot water, fast wifi, air conditioning, coffee and toast in the lobby are free 24 hours a day. Centrally located near many convenience stores, restaurants, bars, atms, and the bts train station. Everything is close and easy! The hosts and staff are great!.

The staff was very helpful and we were very grateful that they remembered our requests for towels, for example, changing clothes. They also offered free drying service when our clothes didnt dry and even went the extra mile folding our clothes and delivering them to our room. The service is good and i would recommend this place to everyone. The accommodation is within walking distance to pratunam market and the nearest mrt is ratchaprarop, accessible by the airport railway.
