I had a great time staying here. The rooms are spacious. And the property itself has its own beach and pool, so you can either swim in the sea or in the pool. I really liked the japanese restaurant they have inhouse. Great food and great ice cream too.

Ke hotel harus naik speed boat yang lokasinya indah dan keren. Pelayanannya agak kurang memperhatikan turis Eropa sehingga turis Asia dinomorduakan terutama di resto sarapan pagi, bantal dan kasur di kamar sudah tidak nyaman.

Kolam renangnya sangat wangi dengan bunga yang indah. Pantai pribadinya juga dirawat dengan baik. Anda dapat melihat pemandangan yang menakjubkan baik siang maupun malam. Satu-satunya downside adalah harus naik speedboat atau melintasi gunung untuk mencapai tempat ini. Tapi itu sangat berharga!

Joe was a great help, he made my experience wonderful. He helped me in the kayak and also made sure my stuff was safe. The staff at this hotel are committed to making sure you have a quality experience. Go kayaking on krabi beach and ask for joe if he is available.

I heartily suggest staying to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay. Cant wait to go back. Fantastic stay, i recently had an amazing time at the centara grand krabi. After a day of exploring and excursions, my room was excellent, cozy, and pleasant. The hotels cuisine was excellent as well. The activities organized by vinko and vlado were among the highlights of my trip. To ensure that everyone had a great time, they went above and beyond. They added even more value to the resorts experience by being welcoming, accommodating, and enthusiastic.

Next time we return to krabi, we plan to reserve our vacation here. We came here twice with a day pass (walked from the monkey trail) because it is in an amazing location right on the beach, less crowded and cleaner. Our kids loved the facilities and the food and drinks, although more expensive, were worth it because the whole resort was well located and beautifully designed.

This resort is not suited for people with limited mobility. This resort is very unique. Very expensive during high season, and food is expensive for any item. However, the location encircled by high vertical cliffs is amazing and worth a visit.

Lokasinya bagus, standarnya buruk. Tidak pernah 5 bintang. Saya setuju dengan ulasan saat ini. Ini jelas bukan hotel bintang 5. Namun, sisi positifnya adalah lokasinya indah. Tempat ini juga memiliki daya tarik tersendiri karena terpencil dan hanya dapat diakses dengan perahu atau jalur monyet. Pantainya bersih. Selain itu, saya tidak merekomendasikannya untuk liburan romantis dan mewah. Kamarnya sangat perlu direnovasi. Semuanya sudah tua, furniturnya rusak dan kamar mandi berjamur dan terlihat sangat berkarat. Itu juga tidak terlalu bersih. Harganya gila dibandingkan dengan restoran lain (bahkan restoran bagus di Krabi). Makanannya dua kali lebih mahal atau lebih mahal. Jadi jika Anda datang hanya untuk melihat pemandangan dan harganya masuk akal, tentu saja, tapi jika Anda mencari resor mewah, ini bukan pilihan yang tepat. The most ideal hotel for a honeymoon. Sailing in was magic. The entire time there was wonderful. The hotel delayed us by 20 meters to check us in but made amends the second we needed anything and it was resolved so quickly that we were shocked! A dream. We stayed in a suite with a balcony, jacuzzi, sea views and. It was heaven. Thank you for making our honeymoon perfect.

The rooms are nice, there is a lot of walking so if you have a disability i would not recommend it, the beach is nice, the staff is great, the restaurants are nothing special there and overpriced. The view is great from the place. Unfortunately, i personally found it pricey for what it is and there are better places in Thailand to go to for the money.

First off, i want to talk about the positives of our weeklong stay at centara grand beach resort and villas. The resorts location is unparalleled compared to other resorts in the aonang beach region. You are on a secluded beach far from the crowds that draw you in. The kids club staff is fantastic. We didnt intend to use the kids club, but when our child didnt want to go on an excursion, we ended up signing him up for the kids club. Add and khor have been wonderful with him. So much so that he begged to go back every day to see them. Thank you add and khor for adding fun and creativity to his vacation. Moving on, the drawbacks. While the resorts location is fantastic, centaras prices for everything are exorbitant because they have a captive market that cant easily get into town. The prices are also misaligned with the quality and taste of the food produced. We attended the hotels themed night at one of their restaurants, and while the food was fine, the price of 1999 thai bhat per person did not match the taste and gastronomic experience. We had been to reeves restaurant the night before, and the taste and quality of the food were far superior at a fraction of centaras price. The hotels amenities and rooms are worn out and require some investment. The bathroom in our room was broken and while it was beautiful, it was functional. One of our rooms lights fell out of the socket on our first days of arrival and was left like that for the remainder of our week here. There were also signs of wear and tear throughout the room, which did not align with a fivestar hotel stay. As a family, we traveled to other parts of thai areas and stayed in equivalent 5star resorts that were far superior to our stay at centara. We have traveled extensively and will not be staying at another centara resort in the future.

Lokasi yang luar biasa. Namun, pantai ini sangat ramai dari Ao Nang. Sangat ramai dan keras. Hotel ini membutuhkan renovasi. Sangat bagus dengan pemandangan "dari kejauhan". Jika Anda melihat lebih dekat (baik kamar, fasilitas, kolam renang, dll) semuanya sangat usang dan ketinggalan jaman. Staf penuh perhatian dan ramah. Harga hotel terlalu mahal dan mahal untuk apa yang ditawarkan. Saya pikir selama beberapa tahun pertama setelah pembukaan hotel ini luar biasa, sekarang menjadi hotel mahal dan rusak yang tinggal di lepas teluk dan "pelanggan langsung" dari Ao Nang.

The beach is fantastic and relatively quiet compared to other areas and krabi that i have seen. You should know what we are getting into here. This place only has boat access or foot access via the monkey trail. If you enjoy hiking, the monkey trail can be quite novel, but only for a short number of trips. The speedboat shuttle runs every hour and must be booked in advance. It travels all the way to the pier, which is a 10minute ride away. Often we couldnt get the time we wanted unless we booked in the morning. This led to the feeling trapped at the resort due to the overpriced food. I think in addition to their speedboat service, they also need to hire some longboats that run continuously between the resort and ao nang beach with a travel time of 1-2 minutes. It would relieve a lot of frustration that i saw other guests having. They could do this for the cost of one or two nightly room rates. In conclusion, its a very beautiful resort that has logistical problems, which causes many things across the board to be a little below standard. But the location does compensate.

Hotel rusak, kotor dan berisik! Makanan sangat mahal dan tidak enak. Ketika kami tiba di kamar kotor. Kami harus pindah kamar, extra bed untuk anak kami tiba 1,5 jam kemudian, handuk mandinya compang-camping. Kapal transfer selalu penuh meskipun Anda memesan 1 jam sebelumnya. Penerimaan hotel selalu sibuk. Kolam renangnya kotor. Singkatnya, ini adalah titik nol besar untuk hotel ini!

The hotel is in the middle of a beautiful garden with monkeys in the trees and the view is very beautiful. Breakfast and pool are also great. Restaurants too. The beach is not very good to swim, the water is not clear. Great hotel, not new but much more charming than modern and new resorts.

The staff is amazing, very polite and helpful. The rooms have a view of the ocean. There are 4 restaurants, a wellness spa, a fitness center, and a nice souvenir shop. The best part is the speed boat ride from ao nang.
