Pour le prix, il y a tout ce qu’il faut 👍 personnel sympathique ! Juste dommage il n’y a pas la climatisation mais il y a un ventilateur .. endroit calme loin de l’agitation (parfait pour moi) a environ 10min de marche du port et près des plages / restaurants / shopping

The negative comments made me wonder if this place gets any better scores. The lady was very friendly and helpful each day, and the air-conditioned room was small but of very good quality for the price. There are no bugs, there are no gaps in the construction, and happy days there was room and equipment to dry clothes. Overall it was the best cheap guesthouse I have stayed in Thailand in 12 years.

The location is excellent, near the main beaches and bars, around a fourminute walk, but far enough away to keep no noise from the party scene! Youre also next to the Ph lookout point. Overall, this location is suitable for a few nights, but I would not recommend it for a longer period. The customer service was excellent, but the cleanliness of the room, bathroom, sheets, and towels left a lot to be desired. The shower and bathroom are combined, so it becomes wet when you shower, and there were lovely enormous spiders that visited the bathroom numerous times. There is no hot water, not like youd want a hot shower on a tropical island in a room without air conditioning. Because it was nearly impossible to open and shut the door to the first room I was given upstairs, I requested another room, and the staff promptly responded to my request. The rooms are disappointing, despite the beautiful, accommodating, and welcoming staff.

Overall, I'm very satisfied and would come back. The location is excellent. If you want to have an early night, the guest house is near to the main area's beach parties and bars, but far enough away that you won't hear the party sounds. It is also near the beginning of the view point. The staff was friendly and fluent in English. They were very helpful in making travel plans and suggesting interesting things to do! I have not come across anyone who would happily recommend it.

A localização é distante do píer principal, mas nada que não dê pra ir caminhando 10 a 15 minutos. Não foi um problema para a gente. O quarto que fiquei era no primeiro andar, com acesso com escada, avaliar caso tenha algum problema de locomoção. o ar condicionado funcionou muito bem e a roupa de cama e banho foram satisfatórias. A limpeza só era de 2 em 2 dias. O banheiro não tem espaço para banho, o chuveiro é movel e tem que tomar molhando o vaso e a pia, mas me pareceu algo comum em phiphi. A recepção só funciona até 20h e depois retorna 8h, então cuidado para não esquecer a chave no quarto ou terá que ver o nascer do sol na praia como eu kkkkkkk

Hotel on Tonsai beach, about 10 min walk from pier. Staff is friendly and very helpful. I had to make some changes due to late flight and missed last ferry out. The staff was very helpful and let me switch to other day. The rooms are small but ok for the price. No ac only fan, it’s ok as long as you not there in the hottest months. Limited time for checking in and out but if you need a specific time they can arrange. It’s in all the hustle and bustle but still on the side of it so it’s quite enough for sleeping time. Beds are a bit hard but we survived. Lots of food options and shopping near by. Beach is a few min walk. Options for day trips around the islands as well. This side of Phi Phi is the party side so if you’re looking for chill relaxation don’t stay here more than needed. Recommend the BaKao bay side instead. Amazing beaches on that side and less crowded and less touristy.
