I rarely comment on hotels, but the way the staff goes above and beyond to ensure your comfort is truly exceptional. Whether it was ordering a taxi, providing directions, or even assisting me with water for my trip to the airport. The pool area is fantastic, the bathrooms and rooms are spacious, and it appears that morning yoga is available, although it is unclear whether it is complementary or not.

I am very satisfied with everything como has to offer. The last time i stayed at this property was before covid and being back here after all those years reminded me of how wonderful it is. From the rooms, amenities, delicious breakfast, etc. The genuineness of its staff is what sets it apart from other hotels ive stayed at. Thank you como for another memorable stay.

Ini adalah hotel budget terbaik di dekat Silom dan Shaton, Bangkok. Standar staf sangat tinggi dan profesional. Kamarnya sangat luas dan nyaman, serta fasilitasnya bersih dan bagus. Namun, ada satu hal yang perlu diperhatikan: kamar agak gelap dan lokasinya di jalan yang sibuk, jadi harus siap-siap untuk naik taksi. Sarapannya adalah menu a la carte dan semi-prasmanan. Bersih dan tidak ada sisa makanan karena Anda bisa memesan satu menu sarapan. Namun, saya pribadi berpikir akan lebih baik jika Anda memiliki lebih banyak sup panas untuk dua tamu yang minum terlalu banyak. Saya pikir akan lebih baik jika menunya diubah sedikit! Senang sekali bisa disambut oleh kucing lucu.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and were satisfied with the facilities. Suraj very well explained to us the welcome, advice on local places and how to get around. As a trainee, he definitely punches above his weight! The gym was another highlight, and the breakfast staff were also very friendly and helpful.

Lokasinya cukup mengecewakan, tapi hotel ini menebusnya dengan seekor kucing lucu yang menyambut Anda segera setelah Anda pertama kali tiba Staf memberi tahu saya bahwa namanya adalah Tiger, jadi saya memanggilnya, tapi dia adalah pria yang anggun dan bahkan tidak melihat ke arah saya Kondisi akomodasinya bagus dan mereka membersihkannya setiap kali saya pergi dan kembali dan saya sangat berterima kasih karena mereka bertanya apakah saya membutuhkan air atau tidak. Selain itu, buah selamat datang termasuk sampanye kecil dan brownies diberikan kepada kami sejak tanggal kami mengunjungi hotel adalah hari jadi kami sangat nyaman. Pertimbangan kecil ini membuat saya ingin datang ke sini lagi lain kali. Saya benar-benar berencana untuk pergi ke sini mulai sekarang! Hal. Alangkah baiknya jika mereka mengoperasikan shuttle ke Stasiun Lumpini.

Its a standard hotel. Its better because of its location. Its cheap because its different from the same area. The swimming pool is good, but the design of the circulation and supporting facilities is wrong. Overall, it is only suitable for one stay and i wont stay there again.

My family and i had a wonderful time at the hotel in december 2023. We were greeted with warm, freshly baked cookies by the hotel staff, who were very accommodating to our request to move our 4yearold into the room! Overall, it was a fantastic 5star stay, and my spa experience was excellent! Como metropolitan bkk, thank you!.

The swimming pool is fantastic, and the rooms are tastefully decorated. It was wonderful that the room was cleaned twice a day. The only negative was that the breakfast had limited selections and was unpleasant. The restaurant was so small that i mistakenly believed i was in the wrong place. During meal times, i had to queue up to get a seat.

The location is probably good for business travelers, but a bit far from the main tourist attractions. The service and breakfast are great, better than any hotel you can find in many other parts of the world at this price range. The hotel staff were helpful in arranging taxis, cash transfers, directions, etc. The only negative was that the pillows and room decor could be better, a bit dated, but not much more you can ask for.

I have stayed at the metropolitan bangkok hotel many times while traveling here. Its definitely more popular now thanks to social media and with that comes a new generation of traveller. And as someone who has stayed at this hotel frequently over the years, it is the guests who ruin the atmosphere for me. Makes it less appealing for what used to be a cool and secluded establishment. The staff are very nice and attentive as always, but if youre looking for peace and quiet away from the shady instagram crowd, then maybe look for another place to stay. I guess good things cant last forever.

I stayed in november 2023. The hotel has a simple, understated elegance and serenity. The service is great, the metropolitan room is spacious and relaxing, and the food is truly exceptional. Speaking of food, dont be fooled into thinking the breakfast menu is small i think the right term is curated. Everything i tried over the 5 days was great, especially the locally inspired selection. Overall, if youre looking for a great location hotel in bangkok that provides exceptional comfort, look no further.

The hotel is excellent. The staff is outstanding id like to highlight the exceptional service and cheerfulness of ismile. The pool is excellent, and the breakfast is delicious. The hotel offers excellent value. I will definitely stay here when i visit bangkok again, and im already telling my friends about it. Unfortunately, i was unable to indulge in the Michelinstarred nahm restaurant.

The accessibility to wellknown restaurants, spa massage parlors, and mall markets within a short walk is comparable to that of other wellknown hotels. The rooms and service are excellent. The management of the facilities, including the sauna and pool, is also excellent. Among the yogis ive encountered, the yoga class seemed to have the highest level of spirituality and skills. It was simply an honor to be able to take the class, and it was an extraordinary experience. A slightly larger female employee frowned and said, sit down properly please, while i was waiting for grab with my wife in the hotel lobby. It was because she didnt speak english well. I understand, but i couldnt help but wonder if it was appropriate to choose words that were commanding with an unpleasant expression. I wondered if the good memories of my time at the hotel were diminishing due to the employees attitude, which created a somewhat unpleasant situation. I never felt unhappy or unhappy because almost all of the employees were very friendly. Instead, i would like to thank the entire hotel staff. I appreciate you very much for providing information that is difficult for foreigners to understand, such as the famous attractions close to the hotel and the geographical descriptions of the area, and for always providing helpful and detailed answers to many of the difficult questions. I was able to get rid of the bad luck i experienced in the hotel lobby today thanks to his kindness.

Kolam renangnya bagus dan kamarnya dirancang dengan baik. Saya sangat senang bahwa kamar dibersihkan dua kali sehari. Satu-satunya downside adalah sarapannya sedikit variasi dan tidak enak. Restorannya sangat kecil jadi saya pikir saya berada di tempat yang salah. Kami harus mengantri untuk mendapatkan tempat duduk saat makan.
