This place is close to smaller eateries and laundry facilities. The front desk staff was fantastic. Any minor issue was quickly resolved, such as malfunctioning remote controls. Its so peaceful! What a pleasant surprise. There is tv in the room. A sofa was also present. Comfortable bed. Large fridge.

The location is excellent, the staff is friendly, and the pool is lovely. The room is comfortable, with a comfortable bed and shower, as well as Netflix on tv with large screen. It offers ambiance and relaxation.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and has a balcony overlooking the pool. There is tv in the room. Free air conditioning. Comfortably soft bed and pillows. Water runs slowly. No tea or coffee bags are provided. Not scented with cotton.

Ive been here for over two months. Its a wonderful little boutique hotel with two tiny threestory buildings. There are seven rooms on each floor. Between the buildings is i like the midsized pool. With onsite restaurants serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Lots of parking for motorcycles and limited parking in the driveway. The location is halfway between south pattaya and prtumnak. Very quiet place here. Many longterm visitors so most people get to know each other and its surrounded by friendly people. Staff here are very happy and friendly. Max and Lisa, the owners, maintain the place well and run it well. A really pleasant and wonderful stay. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting pattabaly.

This place is a hidden gem that was recommended by someone i met in the bar. The staff were friendly, the room was comfortable, and the tv was big. Its advisable to take bht bus or take an automobile taxi. I tried to book for february because it was already full, but sadly, ive not been surprised.

This place is very beautiful, and it has recently undergone a complete renovation, so everything is brand new and stunning! Situated in secluded and peaceful surroundings yet conveniently close to the city center. This is tucked away in an elegant boutique hotel, which is small and comfortable, with sweeping views and pristine swimming pool. The atmosphere at this charming hotel is like being at home! Lisa, the manager, is amazing and sweet, extremely knowledgeable, helpful, always taking care of all the guests needs. At the restaurant, there is delicious food! I heartily recommend staying at de max!.

This is the best resort hotel ive ever found in the pattaya area. Bring your pets and family here and enjoy your good vacation at the del max resort pattenaia. Youll love the environment and easy access to shops and beaches. The room is very spacious. Lisa, the hotel manager, provides excellent service. My dog loves it here. There is no motorbike noise, and its quiet. It also has smoking rooms. A restaurant with a bar and swiss pool are available. Only 990 baht per day.

The hotel is excellent, nothing negative to say. Everyone enjoyed it. The room is brand new. There are only a few comments. My room had no hand and foot towels, the safe was broken, and there was no do not disturb sign. These are all small issues, but im sure if i contacted the staff, they would fix everything. I was too lazy to do it, so the room was cleaned every day. Thank you very much for allowing us to spend countless days here. It smelled really good, with dazzling views of the pool and cool tvs across from the hotel. Mr. Ruslan murashkin, mr. Murashkins room number 31 was my room. One of pattayas best, perhaps the best.
