This place is recommended. The location is good, quiet and has a large swimming pool. There is cab service on motorbike in the foyer of the entrances. Prices are reasonable because it isnt luxurious or close to attractions. Regular taxis and uber work well.

The condo is hidden away quite deep into the soi, so getting out without a car will be difficult. I was there to participate in some free diving training but not living in the condo, therefore i cant comment on the living space, but the pool was pleasantly sized and fairly clean. The restaurant there serves decent food, however, getting off without an automobile is going to be challenging.

Overall, the place is excellent. The staff is friendly and speaks english. Complete facilities. Its a peaceful and roomy area. Strategically located. There is good security. For short stays, there are too many papers to sign at checkin and checkout. We would be better if we could get two free room cleaning in october. If we forget our key in the room at night, it has to be sop. Who to call. Because the office is closed, its incredibly scary. Wifi is frequently unstable and keeps disconnecting frequently.
