Gutes Hotel in ruhiger Lage. Wir hatten ein Standardzimmer, das schon sehr klein ist. Die Matratzen sind sehr hart. Aber das sehr freundliche Personal hat uns auf Nachfrage einen Topper gebracht und dann war es ok. Der Pool auf dem Hoteldach ist klein, aber fein. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert, wenn man ein ruhiges Hotel in der Stadt sucht.

A very accommodating and friendly place. It was my first time being in Thailand, and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. The place is very close to everything, and is a good distance away from the lively streets if you like quietness. I recommend all new and old comers visiting Thailand, this a great place to get started.

Great value. Located in a quiet corner of a busy area. Able to sleep in peace. 5-10 min walk to skytrain. Friendly and responsive staff. Nice little rooftop pool. Housekeeping is okay.

Das einzige was es zu bemängeln gibt war die Matratze... Ich mag es wenn sie nicht zu weich ist, jedoch war diese dann doch ein wenig zu hart. Ansonsten gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Zimmer waren sauber. Das Personal super freundlich und zuvorkommend

The room was a little on the small side and storage was limited, however we didn't spend much time in it so it really wasn't a problem. The rooftop pool was wonderful and we enjoyed it every evening after a full day exploring the city.

I found this hotel to be very good and safe to get some rest and sleep. Situated far enough from the direct Nana chaos and very quiet. I had a bit of confusion doing business outside of the internet apps asnd could not get a written receipt for anything I thought was a verbal agreement. Perhaps a language misunderstanding but I suggest using Expedia only to be sure if needing to extend Only issue I had was

Clean hotel and well situated however the customer service was terrible. The room was advertised as King bed plus pull-out couch bed but upon check-in I was demanded to pay an additional fee for a blanket for the pull-out couch bed. A very poor experience that you would not expect from a reputable or customer centric hotel. Will not stay there again.
