Amazing stay on Koh Lipe. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Room was cleaned everyday. No air con but two fans in the room that worked even better than air con. Great location, on the main beach where ferry’s arrive and 5 min walk to main walking street. Would definitely recommend!

Avant tout je tiens à critiquer tout les commentaires négatifs concernant cette établissement. Les gens parlent de moustiques et chien dangereux, hors les chiens sont super gentils et les moustiques on ont trouvent par tt en Thaïlande. Il faut respecter le travail de ces gens .le bungalow est tres propre avec eau chaude, frigo et ventilateur, et bouilloire , le café et l'eau (tres cher chez 7 eleven 25 bath) gratuits et à volonté. L'accueil du propriétaire italien est top .

Decided to stay a few extra night but our high end hotel was sold out we we moved to family song. Expected not to expect anything special but we actually loved it more than our expensive hotel. Location is as close as you can imagine to the ferry, long boat tours and the main strip. Also the room was loaded with all the amenities you need. I spend most of the day on the pour here reading and enjoying the peace and quiet. Defiantly come if back here.

lovely little bungalows close to the beach. A little hard to find if you get off at the other end of the beach, as there is only one sign that points up the small road and that you have to pass through another bungalow resort called Seaside. They happened to be doing quite a bit of maintenance which was great to see but wasn't loud at all. Staff were very friendly and accommodating when we had to unexpectedly stay another night, going so far as to change their reservations so that we wouldn't have to move rooms! Very clean and well maintained. Walls of the bungalows are very thin but quietness is observed during later hours, and mosquito nets are provided that added security from the mosquitos. Complete with hammocks on the deck, we really enjoyed our stay!

Amazing stay in a traditional style bungalow which was kept spotless by the cleaners. A really comfy bed with a mosquito net and two fans to keep you cool. A hamoc out on the balcony was great for relaxing. All the staff were just fantastic, nothing was too much trouble. Located just off the beach and just a five minute walk from walking street where there are great places to eat. With sunrise beach just 15 minutes walk and sunset beach just 20 minutes walk. Koh Lipe was just the best place to chill

Second time I have stay here and enjoyed it just as much this time as I did before. Family Song is a great place to stay, the hammocks are a great touch too. Cleanliness is generally of a good standard, however this time I marked it down a little on cleanliness for this stay as I noticed the the room was not cleaned properly, when my pen rolled under the bed I noticed there was dust/sand and a couple of bits of rubbish under the bed true it's nothing major, but just takes a few seconds more to sweep under the bed properly. Staff friendly and helpful.

Don't know how they manage to keep the cabins so clean with all the sand everywhere, but some how they do. Really enjoyed staying here, even got a free upgrade, very chuffed. Staff really helpful and very nice. Loved the hammocks on the porches, nice touch. Only downside was that there was some construction work going on, so some areas didn't look so nice, but guess that can't really be helped and will be remedied when the works are finished. Oh and great internet connection too!

Pretty much spot on! Good location if arriving from Langkawi as right next to the ferry drop off. As expected/described. Owners made sure everyone was quiet so perfect for us as we just wanted some peace after a day on the beach. Cute resident cats and loved hearing the birds sing in the morning. Only improvement would be to have hand soap in the bathroom..fairly minor but good for kids. What else does anyone need for a beach holiday?! Enjoy!

Boendet var mycket bra. Fina bungalows. Vi bodde i en bungalow med fläkt och ett plus i kanten var att det fanns 2 fläktar. Hängmatta, mycket ytor, stor toalett. Kan dock tycka att det var lite väl mycket regler att följa och mycket man skulle betala ifall något gick sönder. i övrigt mycket bra.

The bungalow was so well decorated and has a lovely appearance. The location is also very good, close to everything for excursions boats are basically close to the doorstep, close to any beach on the island and only 3 minutes on the walking street. The staff was very kind and helpful for planning activities. The communication before arriving was also excellent and the departure tips were given. The atmosphere was also very calm I would always go back to this place again.

I highly recommend this hotelbungalow. I like this place. Excellent price, the owners and staff. I'll definitely be back. Nice breakfast, and you can go snorkeling, fishing, or on a tour of an island. The staff will help you with everything.

My two friends and I stayed at the bungalow at a family song. The rooms are quite nice and clean. The staff is amazing, always smiling and helping with recommended locations on the island for snorkeling, dining, or anything else you want. The owner is a wonderful Italian man who has lived on the island for 10 years now. Takes care of many dogs that are really nice walking around. He even made us Italian pasta one day. I even left my personal belongings in the bungalow and christian sent them to the mail. even helped a person get it in Bangkok. I'd come back for a few days to relax on the island. 1010.
