Old Town Phuket can be pretty crazy. It was always nice to come back to my nice quiet safe hotel with the beautiful sunrise. No hot water once in my 10-day stay. Oh and 450 baht for breakfast is kind of pricey for the area. The pool was really nice on those hot days though.

Pengalaman terburuk saya di Thailand Saya tidak merekomendasikan hotel ini. Hanya untuk beberapa foto sesuai dengan namanya. Staf adalah bencana, tidak ada yang berbicara bahasa Inggris, lokasinya mengerikan, tidak ada yang dekat di mana pun, biayanya 30 dolar. Kotor dan juga berbau apek. Saya tinggal di sana sangat buruk Saya membeli kamar yang menghadap ke laut dan harus menaiki dua anak tangga. Satu-satunya orang yang ramah di hotel itu hanya Maia yang membantu saya, sisanya malang. Pasti ada masalah dengan drainase dan permukaan tanah di sana.

Although we only stayed one night. This was a very imaculate hotel. It was very unique and the staff was above friendly and helpful. It is out of the way so a good place if youre looking for somewhere quite for the night.

The hotel itself was lovely, with clean rooms and a functioning air conditioner. The view was beautiful. However, it was disappointing that the beach was dirty and littered with glass shards. The hotels location was quite remote, requiring an hour drive to the city center. The food was decent but not authentically thai, leaning more towards continental cuisine. Unfortunately, the service was a disaster, often reminiscent of an amateur operation. The staff were unfriendly, their english was barely understandable, and they were unhelpful. The pricing was comparable to a fourstar hotel, but the service felt more like a hostel. On a positive note, the pool area was large and beautiful.

Hotel ini bagus, bersih dan hangat. Sambutan dari staf resepsi sangat lucu. Nong Belinda dan Nong Aey merawat mereka dengan sangat baik. Pengurus rumah tangga semuanya cantik dan tersenyum. Suasana di dalam ruangan bisa dikatakan sangat bagus. Rasanya seperti Anda benar-benar istirahat. Direkomendasikan.
