We stayed here for our first seven nights in thailand. The staff was friendly and helpful, helping to explain what to expect at this time. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the bed was soft and heavenly. The location is very close to everything you could want, and the hotel has its own tuktuk to take you to the local shopping center and train station. The pool is great. I cant recommend this place enough, thank you for a wonderful stay.

The location is perfect, and the staff is very friendly. The facilities are complete and the staff are very attentive to our needs. The largest selfcontained room ive seen in a hotel setting. It feels like a home away from home. I really appreciate the simplicity and friendliness of the general manager, mr. Anil. Above 11 is a mustdo venue, with an amazing rooftop bar with a swanky setup. I will definitely return to this property. Thank you so much to the Fraser team!.

The staff at the hotel make your stay extra comfortable. Pragya, the manager of the hotel, made sure all our needs were met and checked in on us often. Fraser suites is one of the most comfortable hotels in bangkok! I love staying here and will continue to stay here whenever i visit!.

Ive been traveling around and around Bangkok for the past seven weeks and have stayed here four times. I have never felt more at home in a hotel. Every single member of the staff, whether housekeeping, doorman, reception, or restaurant, is incredibly friendly and helpful. The location on sukhumvit soi 11 is ideal. Excellent indian breakfast. They also have a small sauna and gym, and the rooms are fantastic, especially if you stay for a few nights, the extra space is great. Will undoubtedly return.

Im happy with our stay here. We had a onebedroom suite that easily accommodated two adults and two small children. The bathroom had plenty of space. And the kitchenette is a great feature for keeping between meals on hand. I used the sauna and pool daily. The breakfast buffet had everything one would want from an aboveaverage hotel brand. Access to soi 11 and soi 3 makes the Fraser location very attractive.

The room is generously spacious and comfortable, equipped with all necessary kitchenette amenities. The hotel offers a free transfer service to the bts station, providing convenient access for shopping excursions. The indian breakfast is fantastic. The staff are exceptionally pleasant and hospitable.

Overall, if youre looking for a place to stay in bangkok for a few nights, this is definitely a great place to stay! We stayed here for our first month in bangkok, and the staff gave us a very friendly greeting along with continued excellent service and hospitality. Kudos to the team! The hotel is located on the busy soi 11, which isnt a great place to work or live, but the hotel offers the quietest and most private location you can get on that street, i believe. The rooms are very clean, and the hotel amenities, including a swimming pool, sauna, and gym, are excellent. Breakfast is quite standard, as they offer world cuisine, but if you are a resident, you get a good discount. The indian food restaurant is fantastic, and above Eleven is one of the best sky bars in bangkok. Additionally, the free tuk and the excellent driver are a nice bonus.

The location is in the heart of sukhumvit, within walking distance of nana bts station. This is a great place to stay, and i would recommend it to everyone. The breakfast buffet is one of the best ive ever had the pleasure of eating at. It was a daily experience for us. The pool is inconvenient because it is right next to the restaurant, but i guess the plus is that there is also a bar. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The housekeeping was delightful, and the service staff were accommodating and helpful. A free tuk tuk was available from the hotel for nearby travel. Overall, i would recommend this to anyone looking for a good homely atmosphere with hotel inclusions. You wont be disappointed! Dont expect 5star luxury, this isnt it. But if you want something good between meals, come here. I think they can provide a 5 star atmosphere at frankfurters, but you need a butler included in the penthouse for that!.

I cant recommend this place enough, thank you for a wonderful stay. We stayed here for our first four nights in Thailand, right at the beginning of songkran. The staff were friendly and helpful, helping to explain what to expect at this time. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the bed was soft and heavenly. The pool is great, with staff bringing drinks and food out while you relax on the day beds. The rooftop bar above eleven has amazing views of the city and really nice cocktails.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. My wife fainted in the lobby and within seconds 5 hotel staff helped us put her on the sofa, brought drinks, wet cloths and fresh water, offered to call a doctor etc. Even though we were not guests at the hotel. We are grateful for this amazing hospitality. A great place in the heart of sukhumvit.

The breakfast was delicious. I reserved this hotel before visiting bangkok. Its ideal for both work and pleasure. The amenities are quite comprehensive. The service staff is also quite pleasant! Bangkoks top choice for affordable fivestar hotels!.
