1. Check In time is from 14:00 onwards / Check Out time is before 11:00 (If over, there will be a charge of 500 baht per hour. After 13:00, the full day rate will be charged) 2. You can check with the staff before checking in. 5. If you bring the guests outsiders without prior notice, the house will charge 500 baht per person for the extra person. 6. Pets are allowed, but there will be an additional charge of 500 baht per pet and must follow the house rules. 7. DO NOT smoking in all rooms of the house. If cigarette ash or cigarette smell is found, the house will charge a fine of 4,000 baht. 8. In case of damage to the house and property both inside the house and in the area of the house, we will adjust the damages to the occupants according to the actual damages and expenses (cost of materials + labor costs). 9. The house will not be responsible for any loss or damage of your belonging in any case. During your stay, please take care of and keep your own stuff. 10. Please keep the used dishes and bowls in the kitchen for the housekeeper to wash. And Please DO NOT wearing of shoes inside the house. 11. In case of a complaint from a neighbor to the police about inappropriate behavior, you must check out immediately / DO NOT bring drugs or illegal items into the house. 12. Please DO NOT bringing food and drinks into the pool. If food scraps or water changes, the house will charge a fine of 5,000-10,000 baht.
